(Wait for the cue to watch the video.)

The best thing about the Beatles' house was the full mini-stage. It was like a tiny auditorium, complete with stage and house lights and rows of seating.

Everyone sat waiting for the first band to preform. It wasn't going to be the Stones or Beatles seen as they were setting the stage. It was going to be either Pink Floyd, the Doors, or Queen since a keyboard was set up.

"Kill the house lights!" Lennon called back to Paul. He nodded and turned the main lights off. Just the stage lights were on now.

Pete and George finished setting the guitars and amps. The Ox plugged a bass in. Ringo and Moonie polished the cymbals. Dalters set up a microphone.

"We're ready!" Pete said.

"Stage lights off!" George called to Paul. The room went dark.

A sort of eerie combination of keyboards, guitars and bass started up. A quiet drumbeat backed the sound. A voice started singing.

"Not to touch the earth, not to see the sun, nothing left to do but run, run, run. Let's run. Let's run. House upon the hill, moon is lying still witnessing the wild. C'mon, baby, run with me, let's run!" the voice sang.

The stage lights came on at the refrain. Whether the bands not preforming like the Doors or not, no one could deny how great of a start this mini-concert was off to.

"I am the Lizard King. I can do anything..." Jim moaned softly into the mic. With a final blast of keyboard and guitar and a drumroll, the song was over.

The Doors played through a few more songs before ending on "The Unknown Soldier." (Now would be when you watch the video.)

Nearly everyone jolted out of their seats when Robby "shot" Jim in the song.

"That's incredible...!" a hushed voice said.

"Make a grave for the unknown soldier... Nestled in your hallow shoulder... The unknown soldier..." Jim sang while still on the floor. He jumped up with a scream and continued the song. "Breakfast where the news is read! Television children fed! Unborn living, living dead!"

It was decided that Pink Floyd would go next so that the keyboard wouldn't have to be moved on and off too many times. The only problem with this band... Syd and Dave. The author of this book doesn't know very many songs from when both were in the band. Or from when just Syd of the two was in the band. Heheh... Oops. Anyways! They decided to stick to their better known songs, often excluding poor Syd. (Not really poor Syd. He deserves to be rick-rolled by Rick again.)

After Pink Floyd, Queen went up and started with a cover of "Rock and Roll", much to Led Zeppelin's displeasure (they wanted to start their set with that song). They played a few songs before going into "Bohemian Rhapsody." Everyone, even Led Zeppelin, sang along. Surprisingly, Queen didn't play "We Will Rock You/We Are the Champions."

In retaliation, Led Zeppelin went next and crushed Queen's cover of "Rock and Roll."  They blasted through their most popular songs, although they didn't play "Kashmir" on account of the complex orchestral arrangement.

The Stones played next and also got everyone singing "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction." They played the shortest set because, according to Richards, "Mick's saving his voice since he lost the other day."

The Monkees played a few songs, getting everyone to sing along "I'm A Believer" and "Daydream Believer." Micky's antics kept the crowd, and Mike, on their feet.

Janis sang a few of her songs with the Beatles as her backing band. "Mercedes Benz" was her show stopper, since she got everyone clapping and singing along (except Mick, the little prick...).
