Y/N's POV

Today is the day we get back to school from winter break. Winter break has got be to be the most amazing time of the year, and I spent it well with my best friends. We threw a New Year's party at my house and we all had a blast. Then, for the remainder of the break, I slept over at Aria's house since the two of us haven't hung out in a while. Then the next day, we went to the mall with the whole gang. The girls and I got out hair dyed, trimmed, and even got our nails done.

My hair is a half inch shorter and has F/C tips. Aria's hair, on the other hand, was beautiful more than ever. She had blonde streaks and her hair isn't plain dark brown anymore.

Finally, on the last two days of winter break, I went over to Hiro's house and we watched Doctor Who together. Apparently, we're both Whovians. (If you're not a Doctor Who fan than ignore anything Doctor Who related XD) Hiro and I became best friends more than ever. But, Jescilla is still the best. No hard feelings to Hiro. However, I could never forget my best childhood friends Alison, oh...and Wren. Wren is my best childhood GUY friend. Long title I know.

Wren and I shared many memories together and it sucks that I had to leave Alison and him behind. I just really hope they can visit soon.

Anyhow, I got dressed in a shirt from Forever 21 with a black Nike jacket over it, leggings, and White Converse.

I jogged downstairs and made my own breakfast since Mom had to go to work early. Plus, Marcella doesn't start school until 8:45 so she doesn't even wake up until 7:50ish. School for me starts at 8:20 so I usually start walking around 7:40.

However, I started walking to SFIT a lot early since Jescilla and Hiro wanted to meet up there in his lab room. When I walked inside his lab room, I was greeted by Jescill and Hiro fighting over someone. Oh wait...it's me.

"--and stuff. But, she's still MY best friend! I know her more." Jescilla taunted Hiro. This is nothing serious since they fight like this all the time over asinine things. "I met her before you though! I met her before school even started."

I faked coughed and their attention is directed to me now. "Y/N!" They chorused.

"BEST FRIEND!" Hiro added and hugged me super tightly that I couldn't even hug back.

"C-Can't b-breathe," I gasp for air. Hiro let go right away, "Oops sorry."

"I see you two were fighting over who I'm best friends with." I chuckle.

"You did?" Jescilla froze. I nodded, "Hiro's my best GUY friend and you're my best friend for life. Got it?"

"I like the sound of that. As long as my title has 'best' and 'friend' in it, then I'm good." Hiro spun around in his swivel chair and worked on an assignment on his laptop.

"Thank Irene it's settled then. What're you working on, Hiro?" Jescilla asked.

"Just some upgrades for Baymax as a project in one of my classes." He took a bite of an apple.

"Wait a minute..." Jescilla paused, causing Hiro to raise an eyebrow. "You're a Doctor Who fan?" She saw the TARDIS or police box keychain on Hiro's backpack.

"Yeah you didn't know that? I was binge watching it with Y/N yesterday."

Jescilla smirked, "Sounds like you two had fun."

The three of us continued to chat until it was five minutes before the bell rang. Jescilla and I didn't want to be late, so we said goodbye to Hiro and head to the SFMS building.
