That text from Brianna sure was very- I don't know...unusual? Can't find the right word to describe it. That night, the girls and I went to be pretty early since we had school the next day.

After school, the four of us met up with Brianna and Laura at the closest to Starbucks to school. We ordered our drinks and sat with them.

"Ok Brianna, how do you know all of this?" I asked as I took a sip of my frappucino. "I don't want to say this out loud, so I'll type the names on my phone and pass it around the table."

After she made keyboard typing noises she passed the phone to Aria, then Camille, then Jescilla, and then me. Their face expressions darken. When it was finally my turn to examine the phone, the names were familiar to me.

"She murdered Tadashi Hamada and Y/F/N L/N. Robert Callaghan is also responsible for the two homicides as well."

Miranda and Robert Callaghan murdered my father?! No, this can't be real! I must of been dreaming. I just there, frozen with my mouth sort of wide open.

"No...no I can't believe all of this," I managed to say, quietly.

"Neither do we." Brianna replied, sipping her frappucino.

"Are Miranda and Callaghan a team or something?"

Laura chimed in, shaking her head, "It's more than that, Y/N. Robert Callaghan is Miranda's step father. Obviously, she kept her last name she was born with."

Step father?! How worse can this situation get? Plus, how many more answers am I gonna receive about my father's death? Ugh, all these revealing answers are being thrown at me like a brick, overwhelming me.

"I don't know about you guys, but I'm pretty overwhelmed." Camille said and all of us nodded.

"Does Hiro know that Miranda and Callaghan were the cause of Tadashi's death?" I inquired, but Brianna shook her head.

"No one knows that it was Miranda and Callaghan, except for us obviously." She kept her voice down, so that no one around us would hear our conversation.

"At the SFIT showcase, that was held almost a year ago, there was a fire and we now know that Miranda and Callaghan caused it. Tadashi was helping people escape, but reports say that Callaghan tied him to a chair with handcuffs, leaving him inside the building to burn. Then, he was later crushed from a fallen beam." Laura explained.

I honestly can't believe any of this. Callaghan killing Tadashi? For what reason though?

"Why did Miranda and Callaghan start the fire in the first place?" Jescilla asked.

Brianna took a deep breath, "Miranda started the fire with help of Callaghan of course. Believe it or not, we snuck in to Miranda's house and got this." She whipped out a few files from her backpack and passed it across the table to us.

I read one of them and it was a bunch of pictures, evidence, written notes, etc. I skimmed most of the notes, but this one caught my eye.

Another entry to my journal at last! Y/F/N and his tech and science company has been a huge hit to San Fransokyo. More lives are being saved, the city is becoming the safest place ever...I hate it! I hate all of it! My robotics company was the hit of this city until the L/N's ruined it. I must proceed to my last resort...my plan to assassinate Y/F/N L/N. He's been my rival since pre school and it's time to put all this non sense to an end. Say, he's throwing an office party with all his co workers hm? Well, I think that's the perfect time for someone to...DIE! I shall stop writing my load my handy pistol. Tick tok tick tok. The time of his life is running out! It's a shame he gets no threat or warning...
