It felt like we had been walking for hours.. maybe it had been hours, who knows? All i knew really was I was surrounded by wolves i’ve never seen before, I was been taken to a place I have no clue of and mainly I was captured.

I felt my own body giving up on escape, after trying to figure a way out I came up with nothing these wolves, this pack, they were determined to keep me where I was stuck in the middle, but with the distance we are walking why are they out here? Surely there is nothing out here for them, there are no packs for meetings, strange.

Looking to my right slightly I could see the eyes of the brownish wolf focused on me with the sympathy look, I could feel a small bit of anger boiling in my core as I narrowed my eyes.

Stupid wolf with stupid sympathy

A growl escaped my lips as I turned my head away looking at the back of the wolf walking in front of me, where were they even taking me?

-------------------------------------------

After what felt hours even days the forest started to change around us, the trees started to thin out eventually becoming none close by. I raised my head slightly to take in my surroundings and realised I had no idea where we were only that this was now a pack territory, wolves stood to the sides staring at the lot of us some of them had their heads lowered an top lip pulled back in a snarl while others simply looked on with a curious look. However we still wasn’t even close to their pack village where even more would be waiting, how many was the question though.

Another possible 10 minutes of walking and I could see the village houses in the open, with more pack members about but these were all in their human form and they were all women coming out to see what was happening. I could eyes from all around me human and wolf staring at me with anger, disgust, curiosity, everything and I hated it. I could feel my wolf wanting to pull back and hide herself but I couldn’t allow it, I didn’t want them to see me human as much as I didn’t want them to see my wolf but they’ve already seen this form so now I had to protect my human.

“Turn!”

Startled out my mind conversation I looked up to see no longer a wolf in front of me but a tanned man with a fair package of muscles on the arms and chest, he also had short spiked brown hair and eyes that caught mine instantly they were green with a ring of blue around the edge. It wasn’t until those eyes narrowed at me was it I realised he was the one who spoke with a deep tone commanding me to turn back. Moving my back leg a step back I lowered my head refusing the look or listen to him, a growl came from behind me along with a snap of jaws that made me yelp and spin around flashing my teeth with a growl of my own building in my chest and throat. They equally growled right back causing my fur on my back to raise as I crouched down slightly still baring my teeth, I wasn’t going to let them force me I hadn’t spent 10 years alone just for this to happen. With that in mind I threw myself forward charging through the two startled wolves and took off running the way we just came, I heard a smug laugh from behind me but I carried on forward refusing to look back.

As I carried on running from the village I felt a swell of pride as no one had caught me, maybe I took them by that much surprise. However my pride was short lived as I felt a heavy weight barrel into my side knocking me off my paws and throwing me to the ground. With a blackness growing over my eyes I opened my mouth to take in some much needed air a part from a paw pressed on my throat stopping me from breathing in, once the blackness cleared my eyes I looked up to see the greyish brown wolf who was leading before snarling down at me snapping its jaw. As he pressed his paw tighter to my throat I felt the panic start to build in me as I knew he was trying to force me into unconsciousness, that way my body was be forced back to human as well as preventing me from escaping. I couldn’t let him do that, I had to try and fight back, kicking my back legs slightly I tried to get them under me to push up but this wolf had more strength then I did and simply pressed harder on my throat cutting off all my access to air. Feeling my head start to slightly spin and blackness creep over my eyes I knew this was it, I officially had no way out he’d won.

Unknown P.O.V

Once her body fell limp under my paw I removed it from her throat and stared down at her as her wolf form drew back and her human came back, sitting back on my hind legs I tilted my head and let out a wolfish sigh.

“Here I brought some clothes for both of you”

Turning my head I looked up at Ember as her held out a pair of lose pants for myself and a large shirt to cover the girl im guessing, pushing my human form forward I changed back and took the pants from his hand.

“Be putting the shirt on her will ya”

I nodded to the girl while pulling on the pants, rolling my shoulders slightly earning a satisfied crack along with a sigh passing my lips, who knew a girl would be such hard work. Turning around I saw Ember gently pick her up in his arms and turn to me with a weird look in his eyes, surely he can’t be feeling sorry for this girl right? She injured two of our wolves simply forcing her way through them to escape.

“Whats with the look Ember? She injured our pack members!”

“She’s just a girl Zayn! They shouldn’t be snapping at her ankles”

Letting out a long sigh I rubbed the back of my neck and stared down at the girl in his arms, shaking my head slightly I turned from them both and started walking back to the pack village, Ember not far behind me carrying her.

“Take her to the cells, she’ll stay there until she’s awake and until we know what to do with her”

“Such great hospitality we have to a girl”

Ember mumbled more under his breath but I simply carried on walking back trying my best to ignore him and his moaning about our lack of hospitality, what he expect us to do for a capture? Wine and dine her in the most loving way possible like she’s a queen? Yeah don’t think so. Rolling my shoulders again I carried on walking towards the cells with Ember to make sure he actually put her in there and left afterwards.

Wonder why we had to actually find this rare one.
