First Sight 32 - RBU (part 3)

IU's POV

All my excitement faded away. I prepared for this day to come. I was excited to the fact that my heart wouldn't take it anymore.

But seeing Jungkook kiss Krystal was a stab on my chest. I couldn't look at them anymore. Why did he kiss her back? He said he didn't like her to meddle with him.

So this is the feeling you get when you're in love with someone. Someone who is famous. I have to endure the pain.

I really wanted to return to Minho. I don't like to be here in front anymore. I totally lost my energy all of a sudden.

"Eonnie! Did you see that?! Did you see that?! How could Jungkook do that to you?! He kissed Krystal and it was shocking!!!" Irene blurts out.

I didn't respond. My head gape at the ground unable to see the stage.

"Kyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah~~~!!!"

"What.... the... heck is that?!"

"Our dreams crushed!"

"I thought Kookie was a nervous freak when a girl is approaching. We got the wrong idea," I heard a furious fan shouted.

"I gotta go to the restroom," I announced. I make an excuse to the fans at my departure in front. "Excuse me... excuse me..."

I headed to the restroom looking at myself in the mirror to shrug all the bad thoughts spreading my mind like a whistle bomb. It hurts.

What kind of relationship I've been into lately? We're not yet official but I'm acting like one.

Ji-eun, get your senses back. You can't be sad like this because of a person. This is an Anniversary of RBU. It should be memorable.

A moment later I headed back planning to go to Minho.

"Her."

The guards escorted me towards the stage. I don't have an idea what's going on.

"Annyeonghaseyo!!!" Jimin greets me cheerfully and bows.

"What's going on?" I mumbled. I look at the members trying not to gaze at their eyes. I saw that Bea is Jin's partner. She should be paired with Jimin.

"Omo! This Miss is super areumdawo (beautiful). She has all the features of becoming a star," Ji hyo complimented before Jimin could answer me.

"Great choice Jimin!" Gary adds. "Now it's time for V, to pick."

"I won't take any longer. I picked her."

V picked a random girl to my surprise. How come he didn't pick Irene.

"We're partners," Jimin answered shortly then winks.

"Partners?" I asked curiously.

"Yes partners. I get to choose you. All of us will choose among the audiences."

"For what?"

"What for what?" Jimin answered rapidly.
