Hoseok moved his hands over the side of the large tinted vehicle as he forced himself through the crowd of screaming people. Practically out of breath once inside the vehicle with all his management and security, the van started to move again.

Away it went from the reality that was the life Hoseok hid for many years. He hid from the fans...heck, even Bangtan—his group members, didn't know anything about you or Yeri.

Hoseok smiled to himself at the name of his child. Yeri...

His smile was present through every moment as the van moved onto the main roads that were clear of fans. Head resting carelessly onto the seat behind him, the idol was exhausted.

Yeri...

Hoseok grinned.

Jung Yeri.

Hoseok's brows furrowed at the name ringing in his head. Genuinely confused for a moment, his whole gut twisted.

He needed to throw up. Eyes growing wide when correlating the name of the little boy he had just met a few moments ago with the name of his son, Hoseok felt like an incredible idiot.

A shocked, awed, and jaw-dropped idiot.

"JUNG YERI?!"

Everyone in the vehicle seemed to jump at the sudden shout from Hoseok who slowly had all puzzles click in his mind.

"I just—WHAT JUST—"

Hoseok was getting louder by the minute as all shock hit him in an unhealthy go. Seeing the distress in his forehead, all focus was gone to the man by the management.

"Hoseok-ah, what's wrong?"

Hoseok was stern, his voice begging however as he said one thing. One thing only.

"We need to go back."

-

"We're back!"

Your eyes were wide as you had flung open the door to a new group of faces behind it. Here you were, close to cussing off Hoseok who you thought had come back, but no. To your surprise, Kevin and Yeri were in front of you.

Instantly smiling, all relief stroked through your form as you giggled and rushed to pull your son into a spinning hug. Embracing him to your chest, your eyes were squinted as you chuckled and squeezed him.

"What're you two doing here?!" You asked, chuckling when hearing a "Mommy, I can't breathe" at your shoulder.

Letting the little boy go, you found softness cloud you as you quickly greeted Kevin with a kiss on the cheek. Seeing as he was lifting at two duffel bags, he moved into the hotel room.

"Well, there were a few days of just arrangements for the wedding, and we thought we'd come by and surprise you," Kevin sang out oblivious, pinching at Yeri's cheek, "Plus, we got in contact with that PD Nim you were speaking of... the one you said you've always trusted... we asked him what he thought about bringing Yeri here, and he said it was a fantastic idea. Since you trust the man, we suited up and are now present as a surprise."

Your face fell a little at that.

"PD Nim convinced you to come?"

"Mhm," Kevin chimed out, grinning before moving to slump lazily onto the single bed in the room.

"That..." you swallowed, not wanting to think too much into it as you forced a little smile, "That's great, I uh, I'm happy to see you two."

"You don't sound happy, Mommy," Yeri whispered out, poking lightly at your neck to catch your attention.
