I woke up to peachy light protruding through the white curtains. Tobias's hands were still wrapped around my waist, binding me to him. My awakening must have woken him up too.
"Hey. Morning." His voice was just so deep, and a gut feeling started to rise up in my stomach.
"Tobias." I said, and pressed my lips to his. Tobias immediately kissed back. Some people said sparks flew, but those are lies. Fireworks blew up. It was the best moment of my life.
When we pulled back, he asked me why I kissed him.
"Because I felt it was right." I responded, kissing him again.
We spent the rest of the day on the bed, sharing our thoughts and kissing after each answer.
"Maybe one day, I'll tell the story of today. Right here, right now."
"Maybe. Or maybe one day we will all be in hell. Crying for mercy because Tobias Eaton couldn't kiss a girl, she had to do it." I say, smacking his chest. He let's out a laugh and flips me so I'm under him. A fear flashes in front of my eyes. No, he isn't gonna, but is he? I must have visibly winced, because he looked concerned and flioed onto his side so he wasn't on top of me anymore.

"Are you OK?" He asks. I can't tell him, no. He won't ever like me. He already doesn't, but he'd leave me here because I'm weak. The brave aren't weak.

We laid like this for hours. Until I heard a buzz much like a helicopter outside our room. And a helicopter it was. Secret service bursted into the room. I tried to negotiate, but it was no use.
