Probably the weirdest people I have ever met in my life were the Predad brothers. Tobias stepped toward them and motioned me to introduce myself.

"Tris Prior. Nice to meet you." I say, instead of shaking my hand, they looked at each other, and replied very loudly.

"I'm Zeke." The tall one said bluntly

   "Uriah." The skinny one replied.

   "And Robert." The plump one
said, eying me. I shot him down by giving him a death glare.

"We need a place to say." Tobias said indirectly to the three, getting straight to the point.

"Honeymoon suite I suppose?" The skinny one, Uriah piped up, wiggling his eyebrows in something like a dance.

"No. One night-" Tobias gets cut off by Zeke.

"Stand." My cheeks probably were as red as a chili pepper.

"I will take my business elsewhere you incompetent nincompoops." Tobias said, this time with seriousness in his tone.

It took a couple of minutes to negotiate, but it worked out. We got a two bed room, for one night only.

As soon as  I walked in my mouth dropped in awe.

The beds were made with either blue or purple silk. Painted white and with the world's most gigantic pillows. The walls were painted a shiny white, and so was the rest of the furniture. It all looked so cozy, like I could live there forever.

Everything else though, was nothing compares to the glow Tobias brought into the room.

We went to bed a couple minutes later. By then it was 11:00. Tired and wounded, I drifted off to what I thought would be a dreamless sleep, but it was not.

"Move or I'll shoot him." My mother said, pointing a gun to the head of a man who I couldn't identify yet.

"Who is the man?" I asked, ready to move I'd she clicked the bullet into place.

"None other than Tobias Eaton." She replied, and he stepped into the moonlight. I didn't have time to move before my own Mother shot him. Then everything went black.

Screams filled the hotel room, along with slight crying. The only thing that mattered was Tobias. Before I could whip my head around to see if he was there, I felt a dip in the bed. Then arms around my waist.

"It was just a dream." He mumbled in my ear, immediately calming me down. Leftover tears trickled down my face, but that was all.

"S-she shot you." I stuttered, revealing what the dream was.

"You barely know me." He chuckled.

"Stay." I pleaded, laying down with his arms still around me. This man could be a serial killer for all I know, but I trusted him. Tobias lay down too, and I fell peacefully asleep in his arms.
