Delilah POV
"Love, get up." I heard someone's voice whisper. "C'mon, Delilah. You're home."My mind started to spin when I heard the word 'home', and I attempted to wake myself up.
I slowly sat up and fluttered open my eyes. The sunlight was too bright for my liking, so I closed them again and layed back down. "No no no!Alright, then. Have it your way."
Suddenly I felt a cold gallon of water land on me, and I shot up in shock. "You did not just do that!" I yelled in half shock and half laughing. I heard more laughter, and I turned to see 4 handsome men standing. "Where's Sarah?" I asked. "Getting changed." I nodded and took in my surroundings.
Everyone around me were dressed in mixed colors. People all around the room with different color hair and eyes. There people with hair like mine, blonde, and people with raven black hair like Cedric's. One woman wore a purple coat with brown pants and green polish on her nails, though I thought it looked a little too outgoing.
A man wore a blue shirt with red sneakers and black pants. One thought struck my mind, 'why is he wearing blue?'
"Am I dead?" I asked the men. They laughed and shook their heads, though the one with brown hair in a pony tail continued to giggle. "We should probably send you to Tanya. She'll be wanting to meet the famous Blue that lived."
"Tanya?"
"Cedric's adopted sister. She's a science teacher for the youngsters, but she wanted to help you get settled." I nodded understandingly at the man with short, brown hair and light blue eyes.
They helped me up and led me to a room with sky blue walls and a white bed. The floor was a greyish carpet, and there was a bay window on the far wall with a sky blue cushion. There was a white desk and another door, which I think is a washroom. It was just stunning.
"I can tell by your reaction that you like it." I turned and saw a girl with brown hair and brown eyes. She was about 5'4 and was wearing a baggy, dark purple shirt with blue jean shorts. "I'm Tanya, you must be Delilah?" I nodded smiling, already liking her. "Where's-"
"Sarah? She is next door in her own room." I nodded and asked, "Can I see her?" she shook her head. "First put on the shirt and shorts. Oh, and here are shoes for you. Sarah wanted you to come with me when you're done. She's already excited about decorating her new room." The shorts were a little too short and the shirt covered them when I threw it on, making it look like I wasn't wearing any pants. When I opened the door, I saw Tanya waiting for me in the room. " I don't really need the shoes. I like to go barefoot." She nodded and threw them into a closet. I looked down and saw she wasn't wearing any shoes either. Instead, she wore bright pink socks. I laughed internally, liking how free-spirited she was.
I walked out with her and followed into the next room. When I walked in, I could immediately smell paint. "Delilah!" I felt a pair of arms wrap around me and I hugged her back. She let go and led me to a wall that was bare white. She handed me a brush and said,"Please paint a picture for me. This is my new room, and I'd like if the walls were painted with your designs." I nodded and smiled. She had buckets of paint, each with a paint brush in them. Tanya took the green, and so did Sarah. They started to paint the door, and I took that as my cue to start.
