How to Sit
1. First, get something to sit on. (It can be anything! Friendly note, Don’t attempt to sit on anything sharp and dangerous that may harm you physically or mentally)
2. Angle your gluteus maximas (Or rather, in layman’s terms: butt) to the right position so that you won’t fall when you sit.
3. Then, bend your knees. Depending on how fast you want to sit, you can do it either quickly or slowly.
4. Now, fall backwards.
5. CONGRATULATIONS! You’re sitting! Unless you fell onto the floor.
Friendly note: ‘Falling on the floor’ is caused by the incorrect angling on the gluteous maximus ,or in other words, butt. Follow the ‘How to Stand’ instructions and repeat the above instructions to try again.
