After an application and a certain good reference Matt also got a job at the coffee shop. Now, instead of just stopping by and talking to his bf, e got to work alongside him. They would occasionally good off, and then get yelled at by the manager. However the customers adored both of them.
Both of them and their love struck looks, goofy smiles, and wonderful customer service.
Matt couldn't think of anything better to do. After work they both went home to cuddle and watch movies, read books, and occasionally take trips to the park or skating rink.
Matt was truly happy, and so was Ryan.
After a couple years, Ryan pulled Matt aside at the park. He looked serious.
"Matt..there's something I need to talk to you about."
Matt's face few concerned immediately. "What is it...?"
Ryan slowly got down to one knee, looking up at Matt. Taking matts hands he said:
"Will you marry me?"
Matt froze, choking up and not knowing what to say. He couldn't believe what Ryan just asked him.
"Y-yes! Of course.." He said through tears.
Ryan smiled and pulled out a gold ring, slipping it on matts finger as an engagement ring. He stood up and kissed Matt.
"I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with my one and only." He smiled.
