Kyle's P.O.V.
We got to the restaurant and as I walked in with her, I was trying to think of a reason why anyone would hurt Ava, she seemed so lovely. That's when I decided I was going to make sure no one hurts her ever again. We sat down and I ordered a pizza sandwich whillst trying to convince Ava to order one. "Trust me they're really nice! I'm not sure what it is, I think its just a pizza folded in half with like extra cheese, but it is great, you're gonna have to trust me on this one!" I said, chuckling. "Ok, I suppose I ccould try one!" she said, rolling her eyes in jokey way. "Right, two pizza sandwiches please!" I ordered the waitress. "Erm, we don't serve those here, sir." she said awkwardly. Oh yeah, I forgot we were in a posh restaurant. "Well, could we have a large pizza then? Don't cut it up though I'm gonna make a sandwich with it." I said. How could they not sell pizza sandwiches? I thought. "Erm, ok" the waitress said with a confused look on her face as she wrote down the order. I felt really childish sometimes, but I didn't mind, it's more fun being a kid than an adult right? The pizza came and I squirted some cheese on them and folded them in half. "Kyle!" Ava giggled. "What?" I looked up at her to realise I'd accidentally squirted cheese all over her. She grabbed the can and started to squeeze it all over me and we had a cheese fight until the manager came up to us and said, "I'm sorry, we've had a complaint from another customer that you were making a lot of commotion, I'm going to have to ask you to leave." he gestured to the door. "Oh, erm, sorry" Ava apologised, trying not to burst out laughing. When we got outside we burst out laughing and I said, "Don't worry, if you let me take you out again I'll take you down to that little cafe by HMV, you will try a pizza sandwich Ava!" I put an arm round her and walked her to the car. "Do you wanna go back to mine, since we were kicked out so early?" I asked. "Yeah, that'd be nice." she said looking up at me. Even with heels on, she was still only the height of my neck.
I opened the door and Ava tripped over the doorstep, luckily I caught her. She kicked her heels off and I took her into the living room. I sank into the sofa and she joined me. "I'm starving!" I exclaimed, leaning over to grab the phone. "Do you want a pizza? We didn't end up eating that one at the restaurant." I asked. "Okay" she answered. I ordered the pizza and I put some music on. "Oh my god, you like To Kill A King to!" she exclaimed. "Yeah, do you like them? I didn't think you did considering they were at my party and you didn't start fangirling like Emma." I chuckled. "That's because you somehow managed to get me drunk within the first 5 minutes of being there!" she chuckled, hitting me playfully. True. "I do have my ways..." I joked. The pizza came and I showed her how to make a pizza sandwich, trying to stay away from the temptation to squirt her with cheese again. She bit into the sandwich and through munching her sandwich she exclaimed, "This is awesome!" before taking another bite. "I know, right! Finally someone agrees with me!" I replied. We talked and joked around for a bit and then she said, "Oh it's getting late, I better get back to Emma's." I didn't wnt her to leave, but I suppose I could see her again soon. "Ok, but one last thing. If you're going to go out with me, you've got to like cats!" I joked. "They're my favourite animal, Kyle." she said. I didn't know whether she was being sarcastic or not, but oh well. I drove her back to Emma's house and said goodbye. As I drove home, I realised I was now completely over Emma.
