This my first story sorry if its not that good welp here goes nothing ............................................
Winnie's POV
Hi there my names Winnie I am not exactly a normal child I have alot of problems whether it be at home or at school I never seem to fit in. I have trouble making friends I have been told I'm shy and weird. I do have things that make me happy though I love drawing, playing my violin and piano, reading, playing videos games and anime. Well right now I'm playing my violin. I always play it to find comfort since I can never really confide in anybody. I shall take a break since my fingers are starting to hurt. I am also really hungry so I ran into the kitchen to get a snack, man am I in the mood for some cookies. "MOM! Is there anymore cookies!" I called out, "I don't know!" she yelled back. I checked and sure enough there weren't anymore cookies damn my siblings ate them all, there always eating everything. Well its seems like a nice day might as well take a walk, "Can I go for a walk then!?" I called out, "Have you cleaned you-", too late I was already out the door.
It was a really nice day not to cold, not to hot. I put in my headphones and played the song unknown soldier. Since it was a Saturday there were alot of yardsales today so I thought might as well have a look. I proceeded to have a look around I saw alot of different things. Knickknacks, old books, clothes those kinda of things. Nothing seemed that interesting all I have gotten so far are a few books. Then I saw a small garage sale run by an old man so I went to go take look. As I was looking around the man came up to me and asked with a crooked smile, "Are you looking for anything in particular?" I have admit the guy was kind of creepy, but not wanting to be rude I said,"Some video games maybe."
"I have just the thing wait here"
"OK" I said
He came back with some video games, though one in particular caught my eye because its title was written in black marker. It was a nintendo game it said Majora. "Excuse me sir how much does this cost?" I asked
"Oh its free", he responded. As I left I swear I heard him say "Goodbye Ben"
I was so happy and excited I shrugged it off and almost ran the whole way home to play it. I ran inside and avoided anybody knowing I would get yelled at for leaving without permission. So I went to my brothers old room downstairs to play it, they both moved out months ago good for them escaping this hellhole, I went there knowing I wouldnt be bothered. I found their old Nintendo 64 and began playing the game. It already had a file saved under the name Ben, which made me curious since the old man had said goodbye Ben. That kid Ben was a major gamer he almost finished the game so out of respect I left the file untouched and made my own.
It ran fine though it had a few glitches.
I thought that they might stop or at least lessen. But I was wrong they got worse.....way worse. The statue of elegy seemed to be following me around, the song of healing was playing in reverse and everytime I fought the skullkid I burst in to flames, which isn't normal. Then out of nowhere at the bottom of the screen it said "You shouldn't have done that..."
Hell, that was the last straw for me I had been playing this game for hours. So I took the game out and put it with my other games and went to sleep.
That night I had weird dreams about the happy mask salesman and the moon children. In my dream I had heard a husky voice behind me saying, "You shouldn't have done that..." I immediatly woke up, I was covered in sweat and I was panting. I kept trying to go back to sleep but I couldn't get that voice or that line out of my head....
