"Oh my god," I gasp, "It's beautiful!"

There was a picnic basket on a red and black checkered blanket under the stars. A path of roses lead further back, I couldn't see the end. The stars were out and it was perfect.

"Do you like it?" Niall asks nervously.

"Like it? I love it!" I exclaim hugging him.

"Well I'm glad," he says hugging me back looking relieved and less tense.

"Thank you so much I love you," I say kissing his lips sweetly. He grabs my waist and pulls me closer.

"I love you too," he mumbles against my lips. He slides his tongue across my bottom lip and I allow him access.

He pulls away and snuggles his head into the crook of my neck.

"I love you so much," he whispers.

"I love you too. Come on," I say pulling back and lacing his fingers with my own.

Ever since I was younger, when my parents read to me about happily ever afters, I always believed in them. I started losing faith when they died. I never believed in love at first sight. But now, I might re-think that whole concept. We walk over and sit on the picnic blanket as I smile glancing at the sky.

"I didn't know what you like, so I just brought a lot. Not really fancy," he says shrugging. He opens the basket and pulls out two chicken and Parmesan cheese sandwiches. We both relax and enjoy the lovely sandwhiches, talking about anything and everything.

"You gotta little somethin right here," I say touching my face to demonstrate where the food was.

"As do you,"he says licking his thumb and then reaching over to me. He slides his thumbs across my cheek.

"All better," he smiles and I blush. I take a napkin and smack it on his face. It stuck right to his left cheek.

"Hey, it stuck!"

He cleans up his face and puts all the stuff into the basket.

"Come with me," he says. He leaves the basket on the grass beside the blanket and helps me stand up. He rubs his hands up and down my arms.

"You're shivering," he states tucking me into his side.

"Y-yeah, I guess so," I mumble into his chest. We walk down the rose petal path, and under a bunch of large trees with a fire pit in the middle with a soft flame burning.

He reaches behind one of the trees and pulls out a black case. He opens it up and a sits on an old tree stump holding a beautiful guitar.

I sit down and look at him. As he sets up his guitar and strums a couple of chords, I really examine him.

Okay so not like a creeper examine but just getting a nice look I guess you could say. His beautiful blonde hair styled up perfectly with his brown roots peaking through slightly, his hypnotic smile, and his eyes. His big blue eyes.

Not just blue eyes, his eyes, they were indescribable. They were no match to anything. Bluer than the ocean, and crystal clear as water. Just magnificent.

"Like what ya see? Take a pic, it'll last longer," he smirks. His smirk. Here we go again.

That little devious smirk he gets when getting what he wants, winning at something, or finding a way to make me blush or embarrass me. One minute he can be a charmer with his smile, the next he can be the craziest person you've ever laid your eyes on. Then a mischievous little booger.

"Yoo hoo, up here," he says motioning to his face.

"Oh sorry, I was just, yeah.." I trail off embarrassed. I could feel the blood quickly rush up to my cheeks as I started to blush furiously. He starts to strum a couple of chords and begins to play a song.

As he plays a familar tune, I start to think about how much my life has changed.

After being sent ot the orphanage, not much has changed. I grew friends there, but they simply moved. I met Josh, of course. Got into many fight with Ashlynn at school, then was found by Louis.

That is one thing I will never forget. After Louis had found me, my whole life went upside down. In a good way of course. Well, most of the time. I'm snapped back to reality when I hear Nialls angelic voice ring through the woods.

"Your hand fits in mine like its made just for me, but bear this in mind, it was, meant to be. And I'm joinin up the dots with the freckles on your cheecks," he sang.

I listen closely as he sings the oh-so familiar song. His voice. Another perfect thing to add to his list.

His voice is just so perfect. Absolutely perfect. I can never believe my ears when I hear it, singing or simply just speaking. I have always heard them sing when Hannah would blast her music during class, but never have I ever heard it alone, all alone, no help, no recordings, just him. Simply and perfectly him.

"You'll never love yourself half as much as I love you, and you'll never treat yourself right darlin but I want ya to. If I let ya know Im here for you, maybe you'll love yourslef like I love you, oohhh."

As he finished the song I had tears in my eyes.

"It was so beautiful," I whisper.

"Thank you, and its true you know, you're beautiful just the way you are," he smiles at me.

"We better be heading off, it's getting pretty late," he says. I nod and stand up. He puts his guitar away and then puts it behind the same tree he had gotten it from.

"But, isn't it going to get stolen?" I ask furrowing my brows together.

"I have my people."

"Well that doesn't sound thug like," I say laughing at him. He laughs along and grabs hold of my hand.

"I love you."

"I love you too," I say. We walk back on the path of beautiful roses and back to where we ate.

"But the basket is gone, and the blanket, what?" I say looking around confused.

"I have my people," he says winking at me.

"Okay," I say slowly dragging out the 'a'.

We walk back to the car and he opens my door. I slide in and sigh smiling. He gets into the car and we head back home. I look out the window then back at Niall. He nods his head smiling.

"Its a long way home, go to sleep. I'll carry you in when we get home," he says as I'm slowly slipping into a peacful sleep.

Home.
