Sorry, that I haven't updated for a while. I was a bit busy over Christmas and New Year and had a little writer block. But here is the new, longer chapter! Enjoy!

Chapter 6
Slightly annoyed I slapped his arm away, facing him: “Stop calling me, Darling! Why the hell are you even calling me Darling all the time?!” He simply shrugged as an answer, but I could see his smirk. He continued to walk away. “So why now?” I asked annoyed of his behaviour. “I just like to confuse, people” and again I could hear his chuckle, I was slowly used to. Who am I lying to? I would never get used to his annoying laughing! Since Liam was walking toward the parking lots and I had to go there as well, because my bus would arrive there, I followed him. Luckily he wasn’t saying anything and I almost started to enjoy his companion, due to the peaceful silence. But one problem was left... what should I tell my mum, why I was so late at home? I was a horrible liar, but I would break her heart, if she knew that I had detention. Suddenly my face brightens up. Maybe she would never find out! Today she had an interview, so she maybe she wouldn’t be at home so early today. I was really surprised, when I got her message in my last lesson. Hopefully she would get this job. My mum hated to feel useless and to simply sit around, even if it was only for one single day. “If I was you, I wouldn’t smile as idiotic as you” Liam’s words brought me out of my deep thoughts. To be honest I had completely forgotten that he was still there. “At first I’m not smiling like an idiot and second, what do you mean? Why shouldn’t I smile?” I snapped at him. His huge grin scared me a bit and suddenly I wasn’t so annoyed anymore, but worried. It felt like his green gaze rested on me for hours, without him saying anything. But eventually he opened his mouth to finally answer my question: “Well, it seems like you are really enjoying my company, since you are smiling like a fool and not seem to care that your bus is about to leave.” My eyes got wide and turned toward the bus station. And really, there was my bus. “Oh shit!” I cursed, which I usually never did, and grabbed my bag tighter, before running as fast as I could. But I wasn’t fast enough, to not hear the asshole’s chuckle behind. Of course I also wasn’t fast enough to reach my bus in time. I waved like a complete freak and shouted “Stop, Stop!” again and again. Great...at least no one but this stupid jerk was left in school. So luckily he was the only one I would have to murder. No witnesses around. Just we two. I clenched my fists and turned around. “Couldn’t you have warned me earlier that my bus was about to leave, you complete asshole?!” I yelled at him. Liam grinned and I could see how hard it was for him to hold back hysteria:” I could have, but it wouldn’t have been so amusing” and his self-control was gone. If looks could kill. I was literally a second away from murdering him, or at least slap and kick him till he wouldn’t move anymore. He still had problems to hold back hysteria but it seemed like he had realized how furious I was and that he would get some bad injuries, if he started to laugh right now. He took a deep breath, trying to calm down, but I could still see the amusement in his green eyes. Surprisingly he bowed, which always made him burst out in laughter again, “My Lady, it seems like you are in need of a ride” he said in such a serious tone of voice that my jaw dropped almost to the ground. I knew he was still teasing me, but still...I was shocked again. I tried to clear my throat and to response as a normal person would do. But let’s be honest, I’m not a normal person and his handsome smile and his warm green eyes, which were looking directly in mine, weren’t a help. Soon his sweet smile changed into a mischievous grin:”Looks like you are still a girl behind this nerd look.” I blinked not sure what he meant and quickly my gaze wandered down my body. A low chuckle got to my ears and I cleared my throat, looking up again. “What do you mean?” I asked confused. “It’s the first time I have the same effect on you as on every other girl. I’m pretty sure you almost drooled” he still grinned. He being his usual arrogant self again, simply let my confusion poof. Mentally I slapped myself. Since when anyone was able to make me speechless just like this. I felt helpless and this feeling was horrible and I wasn’t used to it, at least not in a way like this. I closed my eyes for a second and took a deep breath. OK, Mary, concentrate now. “I wasn’t drooling. I was just surprised that you can be...a gentleman.” I wasn’t sure, if it was only my imagination or not, but for a second I thought to see a sad expression on his face, but quickly it was gone again. “Well, I was raised to be a gentleman. You should really stop to always see me as a horrible person” he teased me with a smile, but this time it didn’t reach his eyes. I raised a brow. What was wrong with him out of a sudden? I forced a small smile and apologized:”Sorry and yes, I guess I’m really in need of a ride...thanks to you.” This seemed to lift his mood again. “Then I would love to offer you a ride home since it might be a little bit my fault” he said and signalled me to follow him. I rolled my eyes without responding and walked after him.
But I directly stopped when I knew where he was heading. “No. No, I’m not going to get on that! I’m not suicide!” I almost screamed. That was a hell machine! A freaking motorbike and no one would ever make me get on one of those. No one! “Oh yes you will” he said with a mischievous grin. No it wasn’t mischievous; it was the most devilish grin I have ever seen. My eyes got wide and I turned around, running for my life!
