It had been a week

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

The scream rang through the air as a Neville threw the sword of Gryffindor to a Slytherin, beheading Nagini.

The snake like man dropped to the barren ground, the grimy body deteriorating into a pile of black ash.

The courtyard fell silent. Nobody dare even whisper. People slowly started to file into the ruined castle, avoiding the loved ones scattered around, no longer breathing. Neville and Luna helped Karen, the Slytherin who had destroyed the last horcrux.

The area was dead and barren now, save one boy.

Harry Potter walked slowly towards a pile of rubbish and broken pieces of Hogwarts. Looking out on the ruins of his very first home, a deep sigh escaped his chapped lips.

Some would think that he should have been happy. Voldemort was gone. They had won. But was it really a victory if he had lost the one thing he cared about while winning it.

His shaking hands wrapped around the thin piece of carved wood. A quick crack filled the air around him as he snapped the elder wand in his grasp.

He hated that wand. He hated the cloak. He hated the resurrection stone. He hated the Deathly Hallows. They ruined his life.

Harry Potter sat there, wanting to stop thinking. Needed to stop thinking.

He wanted to hold Draco. He needed to hold Draco.

He wanted to embrace his beautiful son, Scorpius. He needed to.

It was too late though. And he knew it.

He sat in the rubbles, a hot tear sliding down his dirty face.

----------

That was a week ago.

Harry was now sitting in 12 Grimmuald  place. He had been sitting there all week.

All week, Hermione and Ron had been trying to get him to talk about it.

It had been a week, and Molly Weasley was coming to see him now.

"Harry James Potter, come out of your room right now." Molly stood out side the locked door.

Harry unlocked the door with his wand, not bothering to move.

He had been in immense pain. Physically and mentally.
His mate needed him. His Draco.

Molly came rushing into the room, sitting next to Harry.

"Oh, dear.... It's alright.." she coddled.

This was the first time Harry had had any human interaction in over a week; since the battle.

Just one look at Harry, and the Weasley family could tell; Harry was far from alright.
