The myth of the Dragon of Life Jahari was a very famous one. The fire dragon Tarik, the water dragon Joki, the earth dragon Tivon, and the air dragon Ciro were the Four Dragons of Nature. These four dragons were Jahari's greatest friends and they gave some of their power to four mighty warriors so they could protect Jahari. The four warriors were also given a powerful ability according to their elemental power. The fire warrior obtained a passionate heart so that he could accomplish anything he set his heart on, the water warrior obtained a strong mind so he was very wise and had strong intellect, the earth warrior was given a strong body so he never caught diseases and his body was never injured, and the air warrior had a strong spirit so he could connect to any other spirit he wanted to and was able to fight in the spiritual realm. The warriors were the dragon's "other halves" and protected Jahari. They quelled all the chaos and restored the kingdom to the magnificence that was bestowed upon it on the day of creation. Soon after, Jahari's life was put to rest, but not before he blessed a mighty warrior and appointed him king. The king received Jahari's powers which included all the four elements fire, water, earth, and air, plus more. Jahari's powers were unique and unable to be replicated. These special powers were Light, Darkness, Lightning, Energy, Ice, Weather, and some others. Only the kings could harness these powers. So before Jahari's passing he bestowed the king with all these powers. The four warriors that held the power of the dragons, mourned over Jahari's death. They went their separate ways and started their own small, secluded tribes; the Tribe of Tarik, the Tribe of Joki, the Tribe of Tivon, and the Tribe of Ciro. Their powers were passed down from generation to generation with only one male who obtained the power of one of the Four Dragons of Nature. The one who inherited the powers were born with detailed dragon insignia covering their whole back that was the colors of all the elements. This was done to fulfill the prophecy that one day, a mighty king would arise with the power of Jahari, and the warriors with the power of the dragons would be called to serve and protect this majestic king.
After Jahari's death the mighty king rebuilt his kingdom with five tribes. They had specific preferences, characteristics, physical features, powers, homes, colors, gemstones, and so on according to their element. The castle would be made out of the specific elemental gemstone. The Fire Tribe lived in the region of Chama which was a desert region with volcanic cliffs. Their symbolic color that defined what tribe they belonged to was fiery red and their gemstone was ruby. Therefore Kasai Castle was a ruby castle. The Earth Tribe was located in the region of Eade in vast forests and their color was forest green. The Chikyu Castle made out of emerald. The Water Tribe occupied the land of Hydra which consisted mostly of water, their color was water blue. The Mizu Castle was made out of sapphire. The Air Tribe was located in Aura high up in the mountains and sometimes in the trees found there, their color was white. Kuki Castle was made of aquamarine. The last tribe was the ruling Tribe of Life which was placed in the middle of all the tribes of the kingdom of Faylinn in Zosima, their colors were silver and gold. Seikatsu Castle was made of pure diamond. The Tribe of Life was housed in all different kinds of homes; underground, in trees, on land, in the lakes, all over. Life went on for years with five tribes and four small secret tribes within Faylinn kingdom.
Not only were the physical features, powers, and ways of life different between the tribes but also the heritage of each different people group as well. The king's heirs were always males without females and there was only one child. Once the child of the king was born the mother would die. The child held great power but not as much as the original king. The noble families could have more than one child and either gender could be the heir. The firstborn noble heir of every tribe held a small amount of power of their own element but no one else would obtain the power other than the firstborn and the mother or father for a short time. If the firstborn died then the next eldest would obtain the power. When a new heir is born, whether it be noble or prince, the father or mother would gradually lose all of their power. The citizens could also have more than one child with either gender as the firstborn. The firstborn child of the citizens would also gain a small amount of power but it was the smallest amount possible. They would only have one ability out of all of the elemental powers possible. For example one firstborn citizen of the water tribe could have the ability to draw in water from the atmosphere while another could move water. The people of the main elemental tribes all had one feature that showed what tribe they belonged to, like deep blue eyes, or fiery red hair and so on. The power of the four ancient warriors was far greater than noble power, but not as great as the kings, and was passed down in the same amount of strength since the day they ancient warriors drank the dragon's blood.
For many years the kingdom prospered and eventually six hybrid tribes appeared. Although no one was allowed to intermarry some would and that made the hybrid tribes. They kept to their own tribes and were very difficult to find. Among these tribes were the mixed fire and water tribe Avull, the earth and fire tribe Leura, the fire and air tribe Usi, the water and earth tribe Bozez, the air and water tribe Noele, and the earth and air tribe Kino Tuturu. There could only be two powers total apart from the kings so that no one would ever be able to match the king. The heirs of all tribes obtained small amounts of each element of the tribe they belonged to and they had a combination of features such as fiery blue eyes and such.
The Tribe of Life were hybrids of all elements but not of lineage. They obtained small portions of each power but only had a silver and gold feature. The heir that inherits the power is born with a small dragon insignia of the proper elemental color somewhere on their person. This kingdom with all of the tribes prospered and grew and all was well for centuries. Although, darkness was waiting and nature held its breath while it waited for the long awaited prophecy to arrive.
