Ever since Eryk agreed to become the princess's bodyguard he trained even harder. Because he was raised to become the general of the Air Tribe he didn't start his service the the princess immediately. He visited often but he stayed with his people most of the time because the princess had a temporary bodyguard until Eryk came of age. Because of his new job he would not always be able to be with the Air Tribe so he appointed a temporary general to fill in for him for the times he would be unavailable. Whenever he visited Zhenya would often be there with the princess and they would always spend time with each other. They would show each other the new things they learned during their times apart and make more memories with each other. They snuck out of the castle during festivals and the boys would show Skyrah around since she was never allowed out of the castle.

Zhenya, was growing up to be very charismatic and intelligent person, Eryk was the best warrior in the whole kingdom, and Skyrah, well, she lived up to her name. She was very beautiful, loving, and strong girl. She was also very talented at her powers and one of the most intelligent people in the kingdom. Ziff was growing up as well. He almost never left Skyrahs side. Whenever any of them thought back to the time when they were all with the king and Ziff came running up to Skyrah they laughed in amusement. They were having dinner with King Ryan and all of a sudden Ziff came running into the dining hall. They had all managed to keep Ziff a secret for a year and Ziff was now an adult who was very protective of Skyrah. He was close to Eryk and fond of Zhenya but Skyrah triumphed all. When the wolf came running to Skyrah the king was horrified and there was a crowd of soldiers trying to contain Ziff. It was hectic but once everyone saw that Ziff was tame they calmed down enough to hear Skyrahs story of Ziff's upbringing. The memory was one of the many precious ones between the three friends.

Many things happened since they were young. Many practices, games, and memories were made during their youth. They spent much time together and had deep bonds with each other. But gone were the times of snowball fights and sleeping together when they were sick. No more childish games for even though they were still youths, they were maturing much faster than normal children.

The teens were relaxing in the secret meadow that they kept hidden since they were young. Skyrah spoke up from her favorite spot in the trees. "Just think of all the memories we made when we were young. We spent so much time together, being there for each other, caring for each other. Even though we are going into adulthood I hope we can still maintain that special bond that we've created." "I hope so as well. You're turning sixteen tomorrow Skyrah! We have all come so far and we will always be together. Won't we Eryk?" "Of course. We wouldn't be here if we weren't going to." "We all have our own strengths and tomorrow I'll be sixteen. You guys will stay with me during the party right?" "Of course princess," the two men proclaimed at once. Skyrah giggled at the fact that they answered in unison and soon all three burst our laughing. All of them had grown up but they would always have their special bond with each other.
