Chapter 8. Trouble on the island

"You know what Christina!! Fine I give up, I'm done with you!!! If you want to be stuck on this hell hole, them be my guest see if I care!! you and that Matt guy enjoy each others time, BECAUSE IM GETTING OFF THIS ISLAND EVEN IF THAT MEANS LEAVING YOU BEHIND!!!"

Adam yelled as he stomped away, leaving her was something he never thought he would do, but she obviously didn't want him with her.

he didnt look back as he walked away from her, pushing overgrown twigs and vines out of his way.

he had no clue where he was going but he was just going to keep walking until he couldn't, he mumbled rude things about Christina and Matt as he kicked a rock out of his way, it bounced off the tree stump and into the stream of water where he sat down on the rock, he had some how found a short cut back to the stream.

he looked down at the water as his anger turned into sadness, he could feel a tear fall from his face into the water forming a small ripple, he stared at it as he could see something new that he had never noticed before.

there was a glare of light hiding behind the small water fall, Adam got up and slowly walked over to it wiping his eyes from the tears, he could see that there was a objet behind the rock he tried to move the rock, it was heavier then it looked and he couldn't pick it up by him self, the rock was getting very hot he let go of it.

Then heard brushing in the tall grass behind him and knew it was Christina and Matt, he quickly ran away from the stream into a hiding place and watched as he could see Christina was pointing stuff out to Matt, Adam laughed.

"What could she be talking about?..there's nothing here but jungle, hahaha !"

He laughed as he saw her point up at the big tree, once Adam saw what she was pointing to Adam was speechless his eyes had to have been as big as the moon.

he saw the giant tree house that she had made, it was like a real house it had everyhing diffrent rooms built on different branches it was jaw dropping all has could say was.

"WHAT?!"

Once again she amazed him but he was still mad at her so he walked away and let Matt and Christina do what ever they where going to do.

Hours past and Adam had managed to get a fire going, he was lost even if he didn't want to believe it, he was deep in the jungle the trees where thick they block the sun and it was very cold he wonder if anyone would find them, or would they be stuck on that island forever.

Back in L.A the news was blowing up over the crash of the airplane, everyone was worried that Adam Levine and Christina aguilera had gone missing or died in the tragic misfortune.

Scarlett was watching the news when that came on she gasped in shock she covers her moth.

"Oh my god Christina- then max came in the room she quickly turned off the tv an tried to act normal max asked.

"Why did you turn the tv off, is something wrong why did I hear mommy's name?"

Scarlett didn't want to tell the little boy that his mother could be dead or missing, so she said.

"Its fine max, theres just nothing good on tv today!"

She knew that the news would be all over the tv and radio and she didn't want him knowing, she had to keep him way from the news.

"How about we go to...the park would you like that little man?"

She said with a smile, he smiled back and said.

"YES!"

"Ok run up stares and get your shoes and and we'll go!"

He did what she said, then she texted everyone she knew who could help, even ceelo and blake once they heard the news they did everything they could and soon a giant search party had formed all looking for Christina and Adam.

Christina was relaxing with her monkey as she watched matt search around for something, he has been doing this the whole time and it was starting to get on her nerves.

"Matt what in the world are you doing?!"

He raised his eye brow and smirked, almost like there was something he was hideing.

"I think I've told you this before...I'm searching for a rare crystal, that was once in this very jungle...it is said that long ago people worshiped that crystal as they thought it had magic healing powers, a the tribe that worship the crystal thought it would save them from death and sickness... and blah, blah, all I know is it's worth more money then I can count so I'm going to find it!"

He said with a laugh as he finished the story short she could see that he only care for the money, now christina was very curious.

"your looking for a crystal and your going to sell it for money?..well thats kinda of dumb.....I mean if it has magic healing powers then wouldn't you want to give it way to people who needed it?"

Matt started laughing hard, it was in a almost evil laugh as he walked up to her, she and maxs got down from the tree.

"Hahaha....Christina it can't have healing powers, it just a stupid old rock, the storys ends with the whole tribe ending up dead! Hahaha, the crystal didn't do anything to save them, because it just a crystal, and it's going to make me rich!"

She shook her head and agreed, there was something strange and almost scary about Matt that was making her feel uncomfortable, even maxs the monkey didn't like him, if anything the monkey hated Matt more then Adam.

Then she heard was some movement behind her, she quickly grabbed the spear, it was next to her, she could see a fat man walking up to her, Matt saw the man and took the spear out of Christina's hand.

"Christina...I'd like you to met my friend Markus, he's going to help me look for the crystal."

Christina stared at Markus and Matt there was something about then, she felt like she knew then from some where, then she had a flash back, she remember Adam fighting off to shadows that had hijacked the airplane.

one of the men was tall the other was shot an fat, just like Markus and matt they most have been the ones who crashed the plane and got them stuck on the island.

Christina gasped and backed up slowly, she knew she was in trouble she now wish that Adam was there to save her, but Adam had given up on her, she pushed him away, now she had to get away from markus and Matt before it was to late.
