*Me staring at a corner*
Me: Hmm... What will I write about today?
*Haruna pops out*
Haruna: How about food!
Me: Food? Will that be interesting?
Haruna: Everyone eats, you know.
Me: I know... Won't that be a bit boring?
Haruna: There is a lot of interesting food items... You know, from the abysmally gross to the unreasonably expensive ones... The ones that are controversial for their ingredients, the...
Me: Okay, stop. I get your point. Those kinds of food don't really interest me.
Haruna: How about the food that you hate?
Me: That would make me dig up a lot of negative feelings... Ugh, the trauma...
Haruna: How about the ones that you gave a chance and you got to conclude that they're okay?
Me: I rarely get to give food second chances... But I guess there's a few...
Haruna: Like with mayonnaise?
Me: Yeah, but that was so ancient... And I just hated the stuff because it was too new to me.
Haruna: I guess you will never give Durian a chance?
Me: Ugh... Never. I have tried some many times but, ugh... I just hate the stuff. I even covered my nose while eating it, but to no avail.
Haruna: Some things don't really appeal to you no matter how hard you try, I guess. *chuckle*
Me: That's true... *sigh* But as of late, I got one food item that was given a second chance and I'm glad I did.
Haruna: What's that?
Me: Affogato.
Haruna: Oh... What's affogato?
Me: Basically, it's ice cream with a shot of espresso.
Haruna: That's an interesting combo.
Me: Yeah, it's practically composed of two things I love. Fun fact on the side, affogato means drowned in Italian. You drown the ice cream with the espresso. But some affogato has the ice cream placed directly on top of the espresso.
Haruna: Wow, that's a mouthful. But why did you hate it at first?
Me: Because it was too bitter.
Haruna: It has espresso in it. It's supposed to be bitter.
Me: But I wasn't expecting it to be THAT bitter! It was like a bad surprise with the ice cream so sweet and the espresso came which was so bitter. Ugh...
Haruna: But you gave it another chance. What gives?
Me: I dunno... Maybe because of a conversation a several months ago...
Haruna: What's that conversation about? *chuckle*
Me: Nothing important really. My friend and I were musing about the friendzone. Ha.
Haruna: Hahaha! What? The friendzone? You're weird.
Me: Yeah, yeah. But affogato suddenly made its way to my head because it was so sweet at first then it got so bitter... You know, like the feeling to be in that part of the friendzone.
Haruna: *pats my head and wraps her arm on my shoulder* But you know it's not that bad, right?
Me: Of course I know it's not that bad. Being friends is way better than being enemies.

SCANDAL Bits
FanfictionOkay, SCANDAL Bits isn't really a story. It's just a series of goofiness that managed to cross my mind from time to time. These short episodes are not related, just a bit of conversation that I had with the girls in my mind. Call me crazy for that...
