Chapter 3
Ryan’s POV
As she was crying, I felt something break inside me. I couldn’t help but feel sympathy towards her. I wiped her tears “Fine. But, just until tonight. Tomorrow I’ll definitely kill you for sure” I said coldly. I stood up and called Cassandra “Cassandra, take her to her room” Cassandra looked surprised.
Cassandra went down after taking Victoria to her room. She looked at me with a grin on her face, “What are you looking at?” “What did you say to her? Why didn’t you kill her?” she asked. “Whatever I told her is none of your business. Don’t worry. I’ll kill her tomorrow and I’ll make sure to do it fast and clean” after saying that, I turned around and went up in my room.
I removed my clothes and then took a bath. After taking a bath, I lie down on my bed, I can’t help thinking of Victoria. She just looked so damn innocent that I just can’t lay a finger on her and hurt her. There was something in her eyes that I really couldn’t resist.
Her eyes shows something. It’s like she needs someone with her, I can see it. She’s also alone and lonely. It feels like she saw the real me. Her tears. Her tears made me feel that I was not the only one. It’s not only me.
Victoria’s POV
I was sleeping when I felt someone breathing on my face. I opened my eyes. It was Ryan, he was on top of me. “Wait, what are you doing Ryan?” he snickered “I’m here for you” I felt really hot and was blushing. I looked at his face but there was something weird going on. I was so confused. “You sure do blush easily” said Ryan I blushed again “Shall I start?” he asked “Yes. Start” I answered. Then……..
………”I shall kill you now!” shouted Ryan and took a knife and was going to stab me.
“RYAN!!NO!!PLEASE!!” I shouted as tears were falling from my eyes.
I opened my eyes…… it was only a dream…

I sat down and started shaking. I was so scared that my dream is actually going to happen.
I went out of bed and opened the curtains…. It was already morning.
I went downstairs and it seems like they’re still sleeping. I remembered my dream and decided to leave. But, I remembered what my parents told me about gratitude.
So, to show my gratitude, I cleaned their house.
While cleaning, a guy suddenly went inside the door and was gasping for air. “Who are you?” I asked “I’m Fred, where’s Cassandra?” he asked as if he’s in a hurry. “She’s still sleeping” “Huh?! By the way, who are you?” he asked as he stood by the door looking so worried “Uh...uhm…I’m Victoria Wellton.” After a while he looked relieved and sat on the couch “So, Victoria huh? Why are you here?” asked the guy “Ah! By the way, I’m Fred” “Nice to meet you. Uhmm…Fred” he smiled at me told me he’ll just wait there for Cassandra.
I remembered that I was about to leave. “Excuse me” he turned around and looked at me “Hmm?” “I’m going leave now’ “Oh. Okay. I’ll just tell Cassandra later. Bye” he waved at me and I left.
As soon as I got out of the door, I ran as fast as I could…….I reached a forest and there my knees started shaking and I fell on the ground….. I started crying and shouting and gasping for air. Asking “Why does this have to happen to me?”
Ryan’s POV
I woke up and I heard voices downstairs that’s why I went down. I saw Fred and Cassandra talking “Hey Fred” I greeted “Oh. Hey Ryan. Had a good sleep.” I looked around and didn’t see Victoria “Cassandra, where’s Victoria?” she looked around before answering me “Nope. Maybe sleeping” “Victoria? She left a while ago I heard her crying after while running out the door, she seemed so scared” said Fred “What!” I was surprised “What the hell did you just tell her Ryan?” said Cassandra so angry “I-I…I’m gonna look for her” I turned around and ran outside….. I’ll definitely find her. For sure.
