Chapter 7
I was sleeping happily thinking about everything that happened a while ago. Suddenly I heard some voices and crashing sounds. I admit I’ve got a pretty good ear.
So, I got up and walked to the window only to see Fred being punched and was already beaten up to a pulp near the forest…. I ran down as I fast as I could to save him…
I saw him there… lying on the ground… I went near him. Before I could even take a step “No! Don’t Victoria!” I froze there and saw Fred crying. “They’re not here anymore!” I shouted back.
“Nope, we’re here.” A voice from behind me said. I looked back slowly and saw a blonde guy with red eyes.
He held my waist and with his other hand, he brushed my hair to the side and tilted my head exposing my neck to him. “Don’t involve her in this one, she didn’t do anything!” shouted Fred.
“Who cares.” He said “Damn. You’re blood smells too good.” He said looking at me. “No! Don’t! She belongs to Ryan!” shouted Fred. The blond guys griped my waist “What? Ryan? Him again?” he said with his grip becoming tighter. He started licking my neck and I felt his fangs touching my skin. “Yes. Any problem with my girl?” I heard him. It’s Ryan. He’s saving me again. He pulled my wrist and I was facing his chest “You sure are troublesome. Making me go all the way here again.” Said Ryan. I looked up to see his face and he was so cool.
Ryan’s POV
She looked up to see my face. She was staring at me. I smirked and went near than blonde-haired dude. Hel looks so mad at me. I don’t even know him. “Ryan. I see that you don’t remember me.” I looked at him wit confusion. “It’s me your beloved brother.” “Bryan?” I said with confusion in my face. “Yes! You can’t even remember your own brother?” he said. I just couldn’t believe it. The one who stole everything from me is in front of me now. “Victoria. Help Fred” I whispered to Victoria.
Victoria went to Fred and asked him how he was. I was watching her. Bryan suddenly attacked me. He punched me in the face. I was off guard watching Victoria. He moved so fast. Faster than me. O looked at Victoria and she was surrounded by other vampires. I had to go to her. She’s crying again… I was about to go to her “Do that and they’ll kill her.” said Bryan. I couldn’t think of anything. I needed to do something.
I took a deep breath and shouted “CASSANDRA!” then she appeared and beat the hell out of those guys. I was finally at ease. I faced Bryan “Let’s get this started.”
Victoria’s POV
Cassandra arrived and beat the vampires surrounding me. “You okay?’ she asked and smiled at me. I nodded and looked at Fred. I sat near him. He put his hand on my face “Victoria, I trust you so listen okay?” I nodded “You have to save her, my daughter and raise her just like you.” “Why me?” I asked him while tears started to fall. “I know you’re kind hearted and so innocent. I know you won’t change whatever happens, right? I know you won’t. If only I met you first” said Fred “And name her, Rydana” he added as he close his eyes slowly. I couldn’t swallow everything but I’ll do it for Fred. “Where is Rydana?” I mumbled to myself. I don’t know where to start looking for her. “She’s at the castle with her mother.” Said Cassandra pointing a big castle. It was a really big castle.
I ran as fast as I could there while Cassandra was following me. She ended up carrying me so that we can reach the castle faster.
When we arrived, we searched every room but there was nothing. We went upstairs and saw one room and opened it. There we saw, a woman covering a baby. “So that’s Fred’s wife?” “No, this can’t be, who did this?” said Cassandra crying. I went near them and saw that the baby was still alive. “It was me, I killed them even before we attacked Fred a while ago.” I turned around and saw Bryan. All covered up with his own blood. He stabbed Cassandra and went near me. “What a waste, if only you weren’t Ryan’s, you’d still live.” said Bryan holding the knife he used to stab Cassandra. “No! Bryan Don’t kill her!” shouted Cassandra and he stabbed me from behind. My sight began to deteriorate. Then I saw Bryan falling slowly to the floor. I saw Ryan stab him. Ryan caught me even before I could fall.
I put my hand on his face and cried “It hurts… so much, Ryan. I’m glad I met you. Always remember I love you and you’re not alone.” He started crying with his tears falling on my face and I saw his tears, it was clear like crystals. “Don’t worry. I’ll make the pain go away. I love you too….. I love you so much” “Do it Ryan” said Cassandra. He wiped his tears and I felt his fangs burying into my skin.
Am I going to be a vampire?
My eyes starts to close slowly. The last thing I saw was Ryan wiping blood of his lips.
