Author's Note

I'm not sure where to start, guys. This book has changed me in so many ways and I can't seem to find the right words.

Corey Walker was a character I created with a little piece of myself. When I first created him, I was clueless. He was and is the first and only guy character I've ever created with this much depth, so of course, it was hard. Eventually I took a few things about myself and blended them into Corey, and I couldn't have been anymore happier with how he turned out. 

Saying goodbye to this story is one of the hardest things I've ever done. I cried multiple times writing the last chapter and while making that video up there, and I can't even imagine what it was like for you guys that love the story as much as I do. 

I have been pondering whether or not to write something else that involves Afterlife, but I'm not completely sure on it yet. If I do write anything else relating to this series, I want to write about Jade and what happened to her throughout book 1 and so forth. I'm not sure if that's going to be a reality, but if you guys would like that, I just might.

I just hope that you all enjoyed Afterlife, Corey, and everything else that came along with it. I wish you all a good and happy new year and I hope you always find a smile on your face.
