Lance takes himself to the hottest club in town and resumes his human form. He has no doubt that he'll be able to feed well tonight. The smile he has, on someone else might scare them off, but something about him makes it even more alluring than his other smiles.
The bouncers don't bother to card him or in anyway try to stop him from entering. Not even the long line of people waiting to get in complained. The females that had watched him enter wanted to get in in time to meet him. The men watched in envy as the women line up to be around him.
Lance doesn't pay much attention to those around him. He's looking for a specific person, or rather type. As his eyes scan the room they alight on someone he hadn't expected, the police officer from earlier. He smiles, perfect, he'll have a memory of the man that claims to be Leann's husband.
Lance makes his way to the bar and orders a drink. He has no intentions of drinking it, but it makes a great prop. And at this point it makes it even better since the policeman is right next to him.
After ordering his drink he turns to the policeman. "Aren't you the police man that was asking about some missing woman?" Lance begins.
The police turns and sees Lance at his side and Lance captures his gaze, "Yes."
"Did you ever find her?" He pretends a bit of concern.
"No, her husband is frantic and very worried about her," and with that the imagine of the man is forefront in his mind. The memory is very clear and bright.
Lance takes just that little bit of memory from the police man. With it comes the name and address of the man. He smiles and walks away from the now stunned policeman.
Lance moves through the drunk and near drunk dancers. He finds a likely candidate and he captures her eyes. In moments she's at his side. He dances with her for a few minutes before leading her outside. She follows willingly and as he places fantasy's within her she is more than willing to follow his lead.
As she nears completion he feeds deeply. He takes her back inside and lets her rest against the wall. She'll wake up and be tired but satisfied.
He looks for his next victim. Truly it's sad how easily it is to find and feed on humans. The next one he takes to the bathroom. Once he's done he places her on the chair that is in there. He's not worried about either woman, they should both wake up before the club closes. But still he's restless, and feels the hunger to continue eating.
He decides to leave the club and start combing the streets. The street whores service men that rarely give any pleasure in return, Lance decides to let them feel what real sex should do for them.
Even after several feedings he isn't more settled down. He thinks that maybe finding that bastard that hurt Leann might calm him down.
It's a matter of moments before he finds the address the cop had for the man. He looks at the apartment building before him and scowls. That's where Leann had been living for any length of time? It's old and rundown. He's surprised that it hasn't been condemned yet with all the broken pieces he sees in the brick. Even the fire escape appears to be broken.
Finding the apartment wasn't as hard as he'd thought it'd be. The loud sounds of sex lead him straight to it. Lance smirks, if the cop had come and witnessed this than the worried husband crap story would fly right out the window. First one then a second scream of pleasure come from female throats and that makes him pause, perhaps he doesn't have the correct apartment after all?
Then the sound of a male coming and his confusion is cleared up. He's just having double the pleasure with Leann gone.
Lance snorts his derision as he lets himself inside the apartment. He finds the three laying exhausted in bed and feeds from all three. This time he takes it far deeper than he had any other time. He takes not just the energy from the sexual pleasure, but their souls as well. At least the females. They won't wake again.
Lance turns his attention from the females to the male. He'd taken enough energy that the man will remain unconscious for some time. He decides that if he's going to keep Leann he should go shopping before returning with this bastard.
It doesn't take him long to shop for the medical supplies they might need for her, but the food he's not so sure on. He decides to buy the simple foods, like soups that are simple enough to make, and a few that you just stick in the oven. Leann can tell them later what she prefers.
After he makes his purchases he returns to the apartment that the man remains out cold in. He picks him up just like he is and returns to his natural form, and although he could fly from the window it will be far easier to leave from the roof. Just for fun he shuts and locks the door, making sure that he pockets the man's wallet and keys. Eventually the man's apartment will be forced open and then he'll be wanted for murder. Lance likes that thought. They might even suspect him of killing Leann instead of her being crazy like he'd reported.
