When I came down the stairs, Luke was sitting on the couch, chatting away with my mom, as if they were long-lost best friends.

I walked towards them and cleared my throat. Luke immediately whipped his head around and gawked. Yes, he literally 'gawked'.

I was wearing a black crop top that showed off my flat stomach and bare arms, which I paired with a short, black skirt that made it pretty clear that I've got awesome thighs. I decided to throw a maroon purse into the outfit, and put my brown curls down to play around with my slim body.

When Luke finally realized that he was staring, his cheeks flushed pink and his eyes didn't dare meet mine.

I loved the fact that I could hypnotize boys with my looks.

"Hey, are you just going to sit there and go, because I have a fear to conquer over here." I gave him my cutest pouty face.

He rolled his eyes, got up from the couch, and grabbed my arm. "Let's go," Luke said through gritted teeth.

"Mind telling me where we're going?" I asked as he drove in silence.

A few minutes later, he said, "We're here."

"Isn't this our old elementary school?" He winced at my question.

"Just don't ask too many questions and follow me, okay?"

He started to walk away but I grabbed his arm and pulled him back. "Mind giving me an explanation, Grayson?"

He tried to pull away from my grasp but my grip just became firmer. "Well, you're pretty strong for a girl."

"You're changing the subject."

"Munchkin, relax, okay? I'm not taking you somewhere to murder you, okay?" I cringed at the nickname.

He smirked seeing my reaction, "Aw, you don't like your name, Munchkin?"

"Just shut up."

"Do you seriously still see me as the guy that I was ten years ago?" His face was solemn and he shared my gaze, waiting for an answer.

"I never knew you cared," I replied, quietly, after staring into his deep, blue eyes for a while.

"I'm sorry for being such a bully back when I was younger." He gave me a small smile.

"I think that's the first genuine smile you have ever given me, lover boy." I smirked at him, as he rolled his eyes.

"Whatever. Now, let's go."
