Chapter 10: Neo's Point-of-View and his Flashback

I stared out to the skies that I could barely reach within my hands. Every time I looked at it, there was always a barrier preventing me to open my wings and fly into the free vast land of sky. I sat up against the bed with my bare chest and body touched by Aura.

I glanced at him, his sleeping eyes were sweet as ever but not as beautiful and sweet as Akidu. His long purple hair was no match against Akidu's long waterfull of flaming blonde hair. And definitely, his heart cannot compare to Akidu's.

I regret having sex with Aura for the first time in two years since we last saw each other. Aura was my first friend I've ever had. He treated me kindly and had brought me to his mansion one day to somewhat raise me as part of his family.

Stupid little rich aristocrat bitch.

My parents had died when I was four since the townspeople had hated me and my dark hair. They always threw stuff at us and called us insulting names. This is one reason why I became a serial killer. It is because the innocent people's death were so amusing to me. I met Aura at the age of thirteen around the time when I was wandering around. I was caught stealing antiques that belong to him and his family.

Pushing me down in front of him, Aura told the men to let me go. I didn't want to get along with him but stubborn as he was, he wanted to be friends with me. Later on the years, he confessed to me suddenly. It shocked me but then he kissed me. When he did, I had the same feelings as he did for me. We had been together for nearly ten years but all I saw in him at first was a spoil child and then later to be a kind person.

Suddenly one day, he had stole the valuable deeds from his family and ran away without saying anything to me and had left a note, stating his parents that I was the thief and had sent their son away. Angry by the betrayal, I was kept in prison for five months.

Wihtout another week to waste, I broke up and first thing I did was murder his parents. That was the start of my career for being a serial killer. Heh, his ass parents deserved to suffer in hell. I was truly upset to find out that it wasn't Aura's doing but actually, I had been set up. The servants dislike me having to stay at his house because I was the 'low commoner.' They kidnapped Aura away and stole the deed themselves, claiming it was my fault.

I haven't seen Aura since that two years and my heart had yearned for him. But as I became more of a killer and murdered more people, the yearning had dropped.

But that is one day I spotted Akidu sneakily running away from me. I had thought that it was another foolish human that was lurking around my territory. When I bashed the bastard down, I found long blonde hair and big blue eyes male begging me to let him go. I thought I was dreaming or hallucinating to find an adorable boy like him around here. So I let him go since I was breath taken by his beauty.

Which reminds me that I need to go check on Akidu, my sweet Akidu. I was angry with him when he couldn't remember what happened twelve years ago. I flipped the blanket off of me, putting on my pants and my shirt. Suddenly, Aura grabbed my hand and rubbed his eyes. I turned around.

"Let go Aura." I demanded and he yawned, glancing at me.

"What's the hurry? Where are you going? It has been two years since we seen each other Neo. Come and stay with me." he said seductively and I avoided his eye contact.

"I'm serious Aura, let go." I said harshly and he narrowed his brows at me, getting up on his knees.

"What the hell is wrong with you Neo? All I asked is for you to stay with me because we're lovers and yet you're going to be like a little bitch and demand me to let you go? Where the hell are you going anyways in such a hurry?" Aura said rudely and I kept my silence for a while. "I'm not letting you go." he said and I glared at him. He returned the glare to me.
