You had chosen to take in the Naga, Arthur Kirkland, many people are afraid of snakes so you decided on him since he would probably have the hardest time getting someone to take him in. You would have loved to take everyone in, but you had a spare bedroom but there was no way that the bedroom could hold twelve people. Plus three were a mermaid, merseal, and angler merman and you had no pool.

So you chose Arthur. You would have to go pick him up and so you got in your car and drove to him. Going in you wrung your hands a bit, you were pretty chubby and worried he'd be mean to you. You hoped the fact that many people would be mean to him-you didn't know this but you had a feeling that it would happen. Either way you just hoped he would be nice.

When he came out you saw him for the first time in real life. You saw his bottom half was indeed a snake's tail but it was longer than his bottom half would be if he was a normal human, seeing his top half his tail was about a full set and a half you would expect if he were human. His tail also wasn't just green, yes the base was green the same green as his eyes and you idly wondered if that was just a coincidence or if all nagas are like that. Along the back of the tail was a darker green and then along the ends of the darker green part on either side was a row of diamonds, they were so dark you almost thought they were black but no, they were just a very dark green, and his underbelly was a tan color where it met the green of the rest of his tail it was a light green.

He was shirtless, his human skin is very pale making his green eyes pop more, and he had disheveled sandy blonde hair. The top half of his body you could see him as a model or someone that all the girls would go after, the only thing off was how thick his eyebrows were. However you liked them, they were a nice touch to him; it made him seem more approachable, and it was charming, honestly you preferred them on him instead of a thinner more common set of eyebrows.

He was carrying a box, and you were shy and waved to him. His snake eyes, they looked more like snake eyes than human eyes, zeroed in on you and he blushed slightly, you were the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. You were only wearing a simple pair of jeans and a generic (favorite color) shirt, however he found you so absolutely beautiful that he couldn't imagine you looking better, he was scared to imagine how'd you'd look in a silky dress...maybe (favorite color), or perhaps (color that looks good on you) that color would look lovely against your (skin tone) soft looking skin, hugging and accentuating those generous curves of yours, perhaps a elegant and beautiful (silver/gold) necklace with a beautiful (gem that matches your eyes) to bring out your (eye color) orbs. Your (curly/wavy/straight) locks in an elegant (side sweep/updo), he worried if he ever saw you dressed up like that his heart would give out from beating so hard, he could just imagine a tiara resting atop your head, like the princesses of old.

He was to live with this beauty? Spend a year with her, that sounded like a lovely idea. He was no fool, he knew that outside beauty didn't always mean inside beauty. He had seen once or twice those he thought beautiful transforming into ugly cows by their actions, and those who were quiet plain or even comely becoming beautiful by the same way. However you were opening your home to him, so he hoped that meant you were kind.

"Hello, I suppose you're Arthur Kirkland?" You asked smiling shyly at him and he smiled softly, you were shy; how cute. He moved the box to rest under one arm to be more open to you, also giving you a chance to see his pale torso, he had a swimmer's body.

"Yes, and I assume you are Ms. Last-Name?:" He asked as you smiled at him gently and offered your hand to shake.

"Please just Name, but yep that's me." You grinned at him and he took your hand, but instead of shaking it he kissed the back of your hand causing you to blush horribly and smile at him.

"I'm pleased to meet such a lovely young lady~" he grinned and straightened up offering his free arm. "Shall we?" You giggled and took his arm in your own and the two of you headed to the car, he had to wrap his tail up but was able to get into the car and refused going into the back assuring you he was fine so you drove home.

Coming into the house you offered Arthur a spare key before taking him on a tour. You first took him to his room, it'd be his for the next year. It had a queen sized bed so he'd have plenty of room luckily, a set of bedside tables with lamps and a alarm clock, it also had a bookcase-you had removed all of the books so he could put whatever he wanted on it-a dresser and a desk. There was also a closet and a window with checkered curtains.

He put his box down, he told you it was actually magic books and items. You were okay with it being in the house, as long as he was careful and didn't try anything too crazy. You were actually quiet interested in magic, even if you didn't practice it.

Next you showed him where your room was-your house was actually a three bedroom, one bath, but you had made one bedroom a library/(game room/art room/study/rec room/etc)-the library/(other part of the room), bathroom, living room, and kitchen/dining room.

Finishing you offered to make a late lunch/early dinner and asked him what he wanted, he asked for either curry or fish and chips if you had them. You didn't have the ingredients for curry so instead made some fish and chips. Having the meal with him you smiled, he seemed very nice and you hoped that you two could talk more. You weren't expecting a romance to blossom, but a friendship to bloom would be nice.

I hope you guys like this, it kind of went out of hand and rushed towards the end, but I hope all of you liked this.
