Ted stood at Chris's door, sweat basically pouring down his face. They were supposed to leave on their date- or rather, trip to the theatre, about ten minutes ago. They wouldn't be late if they would leave in fifteen minutes, but the time wasn't the problem right now. Come on, Ted thought, just knock on the door and ask him if he still wants to go.
Sighing, he knocked on the blond's door and waited. "Come in!" Ted shivered, opening the door to his friends room. It was quite a unique room really. Cat drawings and paintings were hung up on almost every inch of the cat-owner's wall.
The only picture that didn't consist of just cats sat at Chris's bedside table. It was a picture of Ted and Chris as kids, Chris holding his beloved cat, Foofy. It was unusual seeing Chris with his natural black hair colour again, but the same could be said for Ted with his natural brown hair colour. Foofy seemed to be sleeping in Chris's arms. He was such a peaceful kitten... and then he grew up.
Chris's room was pretty neat for owning a cat. You wouldn't have noticed a cat lived there until you saw Foofy, sprawled out on his territorial bed, and his well kept litter box. Not that all cats did this, but Foofy was special for destroying everything Ted had when he was smaller. Now all he cares about is Chris, which is good.
Piles of cat food and cat treats were stashed in Chris's closet. There didn't seem to be any clothes in there at all. Chris was sitting at his vanity and fixing his makeup. Black makeup was held in various small bags, all of different shades of the dark colour.
"So," Ted started, "do you still want to see that show?" Chris looked back at Ted and smiled. "Why do you think I'm fixing up my makeup, silly." Chris giggled, continuing to apply his eyeliner. Of course, he drew the most perfect cat eyes. Cats were his specialty. Ted blushed in embarrassment, softly punching the wall. "Done," Chris sighed, standing up and reaching for the striped sweater displayed on the bed. The blond pet his beloved cat and whispered "see you later" before quickly marching over to his green-haired friend.
He pecked Ted on the lips and whispered into his ear. "Hey Ted," he purred. The fanged boy shivered, struggling to put his words together. "Y-yes..." Chris chuckled. "The best time to wear a striped sweater," he said in a high-pitched voice. "Is all the time," they half screamed in unison. Chris's Spongebob voice was so accurate it put the actual voice actor's voice to shame.
Grabbing his friend's hand, Ted led Chris out of his room, down the stairs, and out the door to his yellow car. Being the gentleman he was, the chicken lord opened the passenger door for the cool cat and held it open until he was fully in the car. He closed the door and walked around to the other side of the car and threw himself in, his head landing on Chris's lap. Ted looked up at the boy above him and smiled. Chris giggled and lightly sat his friend back up in his own seat. Putting his seatbelt on, Ted started up the car; and at that moment, he felt like a boss.

Aiden sat in the back of Ted's car, hiding behind the seats with his notebook and favourite pen in his hands. He could not miss this fluffy moment for his new fanfiction he was supposed to post on Wattpad. Heck, he had a whole audience waiting to hear about this ship. Obviously, he couldn't catch anything without going to the theater with them, so he bought his own ticket. Ted gave him a free ride without him knowing, so now he just had to figure out how to stay hidden as he followed the two lovebirds. He had a disguise, which was a pink tutu and a wig, but he wasn't sure that would be enough for him to stay hidden.
