I woke up with a slight headache. I tied my hair up in a messy bun, and walked downstairs to see Perry drinking coffee.
She gave me a small smile. "Good morning."
"Good morning." I said, sitting down at the kitchen table.
Me and Perry were talking when we saw Carly walking downstairs. Carly groaned as she walked towards us and sat at the table. She held her head in pain.
"How's that hangover?" I asked.
Perry smiled and looked over at Carly.
Carly rolled her eyes. "It's a bitch. I guess Grayson got it right last night."
"You remember last night?"
"Eh, some of it. Oh and by the way you can go out with him today. There's no way in hell I'm leaving the house today."
I gave her a sympathetic smile and sighed.
"What are your plans for today Perry?" I asked.
She bit her lip. "I'm just hanging out with a friend."
"Ethan?" I asked.
"Yeah..." She said.
"Cool.."
Carly looked at both of us and sensed some tension. "Wait? Ethan as in..your boyfriend Ethan Ciara?"
"Ex. Ex-boyfriend." Perry said.
"As in the one she made out with when we were together. Then yeah. That Ethan." I said.
"I thought we were past that." Perry said.
"We are." I said, giving her a fake smile.
Carly looked at both of us again, and decided not to get involved. "Well..I'll be upstairs..you know..not dealing with this situation." She said, walking away.
"I think I'm gonna go with her." I said, following Carly.
I went up to my room and grabbed my phone.
Me: You still up for hanging out?
He responded pretty quickly.
Gray😜: Of course. I'll pick you up. Your staying at your house right?
Me: Yeah🙂
Gray😜: Cool. I'll pick you up in 30
I smiled, and started getting ready. I looked up to see Carly standing in my doorway. "Hey C."
"Hey." I said, sitting on my bed.
"So..Perry's hanging out with Ethan..you okay with that?"
"It doesn't really matter if I'm okay with it..I mean..me and Ethan are broken up, and I can't tell who they can and can't see."
"Just checking. So you going out with his brother today?"
I nodded. "Yep."
"Well, have fun." She smiled, walking out.
I sighed and put my outfit on.
