Robin P.O.V

I didn't know why she wanted to come here but I said she could pick the place. I pulled to a stop in front of the build and she looked at me waiting for me.

"Before we go in you are staying with me tonight." I said to her.

"Alright, not like someone is looking for me, I'm off work for a whole month. I didn't want to use ever sick and vacation day I had at once but they made me." She said and I smiled at her.

I like her and I can't say it because she won't like it but I want her to say with me even once this case is over. I think that its weird that I would like anyone this much in just 24 hours isn't something I do at all. I stepped out of the car and she followed pulling me with her into a side door. Before we really walked in I saw the owner walking to the back with trash in his hand.

"Lola front door." He said and she hugged him.

"Front door is a little far." She said and he smiled talking to her.

I looked at him and after a moment he looked at me.

"Detective Robin, how are you?" He said and I smiled.

"I'm fine Gabriel, how are you?" I said back and he smiled.

"You can call me Gabe, I told you that before and I'm fine. You two can go in and let Ivana check everything for you and you can go." He said and Lola gabbed me.

She pulled me into the place and I looked around at people walking into the large ball room.

"I didn't know you knew them so well." I said and she smiled.

"Yeah they never forget me, I got drunk when I was here and had to stay with them for the night. They have a really cute kid." She said walking to Ivana.

"You watch your drinking tonight." Ivana said smiling.

Lola hugged her and she turned to me and I showed her everything. I never really met her, just see her a lot. I walked In behind Lola and just as we both got a drink slow music started to play.

"Lets dance." She said grabbing my arm and pulling me to the floor.

I wasn't much of a dancer but as I pulled her closer to me I smiled. Her breast was pressed to my chest, almost my stomach as she looked up at me.

"You're very beautiful Lola." I said looking at her.

"Are you getting all mushy on me?" She said making me laugh.

"No, I'm just saying you're my only friend I ever really had and I love hanging out with you." I said and she smiled at me.

"I like hanging out with you too." She said as the lights got lower in the room.

I heard the sound of talking but all I could do was look into her dark brown eyes. I don't know what came over me as I reached down and pulled her closer to me. She didn't stop me as I slowly picked her up and pulled her to me.

"I'm not heavy?" She asked me in a deeper voice.

"No not to me." I said slightly flexing as he let her hand rest on my arm.

Our lips got closer till I could feel her breath on my bottom lips and her hooded eye looked at me. I moved forward a little till my lips brushed hers and as I pushed into hers the lights came back on.

"Oh Robin." Someone said making me look and put Lola down.

"Oh Micah, how are you?" I said moving away from Lola.

"Hey man I'm good." He said looking at me then Lola.

"This is Lola my friend." I said and she smiled.

"I think I know you." She said looking at him.

"Yeah that day you got drunk you slept at my house." He said and she gave him a confused look.

"Oh well you have a cute kid." She said and he smiled.

"Thank you, well I saw you two in here and everyone else moved to the other area. Gabe was doing something and wanted me to tell you." He said before walking away.

"I guess we should move that way then." Lola said grabbing my hand.

She pulled me so I could move but I didn't just pulled her back to me. She hit my chest and looked up at me.

"Isn't this wrong to do?" She asked pushing her hair back.

"I really don't fucking care at this point in my life." I said pulling her to me and kissing her.

She tasted just like I though she would sweet and her soft lips only made that better. She kissed me back pulling me down so I picked her up again. Her hands moved into my hair and I held her waist pulling her to me more and when she pulled back and looked at me I waited. I was waiting for her to pull away, or say it was a mistake, or just get mad at me. She just looked at me holding my head on both sides as I held her close to me.

"Should we find a room or leave?" She asked me and I smiled.

"Whatever you want to do?" I said to her and she smiled.

"Hey guys." Ivana said walking to us.

"Hey Ivana." I said to her and she looked at me.

"Me, Gabe, Micah, and Soraya are going to meet in the back for drinks, do you want to come?" She asked me and I looked to Lola.

"Maybe just one." She said and I nodded.

Ivana smiled and walked away and I put her down. She fixed her clothes and walked over pulling my shirt down and fixing everything.

"We have a drink with them and talk a little then we'll see if this is what we want to do." She said and I nodded knowing this is what I wanted.

"Whatever you want sweetheart." I said and she smiled reaching to grab me and pulled me with her.
