Apply this to your life: Every Christian in America was worked up about Phil Robertson. I am a HUGE Duck Dynasty and was upset by it, but if you want to get upset about persecution, don't look in America.
Yes, there is definitely some persecution directed at American Christians, but we have it easy. Remember the people in other countries being killed for their faith and imprisoned. Keep them in your prayers and raise awareness. A lot of people don't know that martyrdom is still going on.

Apply this to your writing: Just use your writing whenever you can to raise awareness for the treatment Christians get. Have them pray for the Christians imprisoned in other countries.
