(Eleanor's P.O.V)

I was so exhausted I couldn't stay awake, it had been days since I had slept. I fell asleep while Cry held me close.

I woke up to gunfire as Cry held me in his arms as he was running, I opened my eyes as Cry dodged an attack from a creature.

I screamed as Cry threw fire at the creature using magic killing it in an instant. he ran into an abandon building out of breath as he rushed up the stairs losing the creatures.

"where are we?" I asked as he placed me down noticing that we both had backpacks.

"I- I don't know, I woke up and found us in the middle of this abandon parking lot, and those... things noticed us so I picked you up and ran here" he said out of breath as he took a water bottle out of his backpack taking a drink.

Cry sat leaning against the concrete wall as I looked out at the familiar city "I think I know where we are..." the whole city was an abandoned post apocalyptic wasteland.

"this place looks exactly like Nether" I laughed "how are we in a video game?"

Cry sighed "I don't know, this must be apart of the mental prison the evil man placed us in"

I had an idea "what if someone we know is trapped here? maybe Mom or Dad is here? I mean, they've played this game so they could be here."

Cry ran his fingers through his hair "It could be possible, but until we find out I have to make sure I keep you safe" I sat close to Cry letting him place his arm around me holding myself close to him.

"we'll be okay, the evil man was stupid to put me here. I may be horrible at controlling magic but I'm a scholar when it comes to video games"

Cry laughed "well, I guess we're not completely helpless"

I pulled my backpack off my shoulders and searched through it, I had a first aid kit, a water bottle, a kitchen knife, and the clothes they start you out with (a black beanie, a black jacket, black shirt, black pants, and black combat boots) I took the clothes out then placed the backpack down.

I pulled my armor off laying it on the ground gently trying to not make as much noise as possible. I pulled my Markiplier t-shirt off noticing Cry wasn't looking at me like normal guys would back in my world. I threw my shirt in my backpack, I put on the rest of the clothes.

I placed my beanie on as Cry began slowly standing up clenching his side groaning in pain

I knew it, he was hurt and he was trying to hide it.

"did one of the monsters hit you?" I asked

he shook his head "no, I-I'll be fine" he coughed heavily into his mask then ripped it off, panic spread across his face as he stared at his blood stained mask.

I quickly went into doctor mode rushing to him "Cry, I'm going to need you to lay down" he slowly did still clenching his side, he groaned in pain again past blood covered lips.

I knew what was wrong, in school I was top student in biology and even then anyone whose seen as movies as me knew what was wrong.

"your lungs are filling up with blood, I have to close the wound before you drown in your own blood" I was panicking as Cry clenched my hand

"g-go ahead, use m-magic" he croaked coughing more blood "h-hurry"

"I-I don't know how" I shook my head beginning to cry "you only taught me how to control my illusions..."

he shook his head "I-I always believed in you..." his blue eyes stared up at me, they slowly began to close as his breathing stopped.

"no... Cry!" I yelled shaking his shoulders, this can't be happening.
