The wind blew a soft breeze. Leaves rustled and branches shuttered. The gusts ruffled the demon's hair softly. But he didn't seem to mind. He always liked the cold.

His thoughts were interrupted as he heard footsteps behind him. He could guess what this would be about.

"Why did you lead them to my target?" He demanded, a snarl in his voice.

"I thought it would be easier. Kill two birds with one stone. Or three, in this case." The other demon replied, with a British accent he was still not used to.

"I wanted to take them out one by one. Not three, or four, or five of them at the same time!"

"I'm sorry. I thought it would-"

"It's okay, Meg." He said, stopping the argument. He wasn't strong enough. He sighed, "Well, now they're on my tail, I guess I'll have to do this more carefully."

"And you'll do it perfectly."

"I'm out of practice."

"But you're getting stronger! You can run now, and didn't you attack the Peter boy with ease?"

"I could've killed him."

"Why didn't you?"

"I made a promise."

"To who?"

"To Patrick."

"Your vessel?!" She asked, raising her voice a little. Her father had never acted this way before, what changed?

"He begged me not to hurt his wife, and baby son. Practically was on his knees crying. I was already on a mission to kill his best friends, why kill his family?" He replied, new guilt in his voice.

"Are you starting to care for these humans?"

"Not exactly. They intrigue me. Especially Peter. I've flipped through countless of my vessel's memories, and a lot of the good, happy ones are with him. I see them laughing and joking, screaming and fighting. And after all they've been through, they all still stay together. There's so much sexual tension between them, I'm surprised they haven't kissed yet!" He chuckled to himself.

"It's a shame I have to kill poor Peter. If I had the chance I'd keep him for myself."

"Ooh, sounds kinky."

"It surely would be, my darling. It surely would be." He responded, a faraway look in his eyes.

"You know, I'm not even sure if I like killing humans. Sure, it's fun for a few seconds while you feel the adrenaline rush, but then it's gone. No, I rather much prefer toying with them. Especially the one in here." He grinned, pointing to his head. The other demon smiled in response. She knew who he was talking about.

There was a silence, but after a while the female spoke. "I'm bored." She said in an almost whiny tone. "Wanna raise some hell?"

"You know I do."

It had been a couple of hours since Sam and Dean got back to their hotel. Dean was looking at Sam with a hint of curiosity, while Sam was doing, whatever it was he was doing, on the computer to bypass the time.

"Sam." Dean spoke after another moment of silence.

"Yeah?" Sam responded, not looking up from his computer.

"You wanna talk?"

"Nope."

Dean frowned at this response. Sam still had his eyes glued to that damn computer! They needed to get this over with already!
