[Author's POV]

MiCha sits in the corner of her room, her laptop on her lap as she types away at her assignment that's worth fifty percent of her grade. She tries to ignore the thoughts about Jimin in her head, but she can't help but think about him. She's really worried about him. He hasn't really been moving after he almost collapsed in front of Jungkook. He hasn't been wanting to do anything.

She peers over her laptop screen to see Jimin sitting at the edge of the bed now, his back hunched over as his head is turned towards the window. She closes her laptop and moves it off her lap, setting it besides her as she stands up. Once she's stood, she walks towards him with a worried expression as she sits next to him.

He shifts when he feels her sit next to him and he breaks contact with the world outside her window to turn his head towards her. He gives her a small smile and she sighs as she pokes his cheek. "You don't have to fake a smile in front of me, Jimin."

He hesitates but continues to smile anyway, his shaky hand resting on top of her head and ruffling her hair before looking away to look out the window. He can see the clouds beginning to cover the sky and he tilts his head to the side, not saying anything. He feels nauseous, slightly irritable, and anxious all at the same time. He wants a cigarette. He wants alcohol. But he continues to remind himself that he doesn't need it.

He knows his addiction has just put a large amount of pressure on MiCha and Taehyung. In fact, he feels awful about it. He can't help but feel so sorry towards them. Now, imagine telling the rest of the group of his problem? That would just make him feel worse. He feels he's being a burden already- and an emotional one at that.

"MiCha", Jimin mutters and he turns back towards her, his smile now gone. Her attention is completely focused on him as he swallows thickly, trying to speak through a choked throat. "MiCha, I'm sorry. I'm sorry for putting this all on you and just being a total... screw up."

She blinks for a moment as Jimin says this to her. Does he really think that he's being a burden? If anything, all she wants to do is help him. He's never been a burden to her at all. She sighs as she shakes her head, moving her hand up to flick his cheek. "You're an idiot."

"Thanks-"

"Not like that", she interrupts and he pouts slightly, causing her to smile. "You've never been a burden Jimin and never will. Since when the hell have you thought so low of yourself? Come on, Chim, you know-"

"Actually", Jimin interrupts, a sad laugh escaping him, "I've always thought low of myself."

She blinks rapidly with raised eyebrows in confusion. "Since when? You're always so confident-"

"Not... Always. Just in front of you", Jimin merely sighs as he looks back towards the window. His nose twitches when a raindrop falls onto the glass, signalling that rain will be pouring from the sky at any moment. He sits up straight when another drop from the sky hits onto the window and he realizes something with the words he had just said.

"Well", he starts and he slowly begins to smile as he stands up shakily. "I wasn't just confident with you... I was confident in something else- When it came to something else."

She tilts her head questioningly and Jimin smiles brightly as he suddenly feels an emotion strum in his chest. He turns around and pulls MiCha up quickly, jogging towards the door to her room with his hand still in hers. She almost slips but follows after him, her mouth open in shock. "Jimin", she gasps out in surprise at his sudden spike in energy, "where are we going?" He runs down the hallway with a wide smile, stopping in front of the dorm door to put on his shoes. She watches and then hesitantly puts on her shoes, curiosity striking her.
