Chapter Twelve

We were in class doing a project together Isaiah has been touching all over me and to be honest I didn't complain I was finally getting attention from someone. I peeped Terrence giving me and him looks but I didn't really pay him no mind me and him had our conversations here and there, I was more focused on Isaiah. About me and his kiss the other night.. That's something I haven't really thought about when we text we don't talk about it. And for me and Zay things just been weird I don't really get excited when I get a text from him or anything it's just whatever to me. I didn't tell him about the kiss at night we just talk about how the day was boring just like that. While with Isaiah we talk about everything and he even about to get my body right for the summer I've learned a lot about him these past days. We've gotten really close.

"We going to the movies later on today right ?" He asked me.

"Yeah, but first we need to go to the mall because I need more makeup i'm running out" I said while he shook his head.

"You don't need that shit girl you look beautiful without makeup" He said.

I blushed "Yes I do".

"Nahhh" He told me.

"So Kiara how is your boyfriend Zavier?" Terrence asked trying to be annoying, I slightly rolled my eyes.

"I don't know T, I haven't talked to him since last night" I said, while he shook his head.

"So what time you want me to pick you up?" Isaiah asked but the vibration in my pocket distracted me, I looked and saw it was Zay calling me which was weird because he never calls me while we both in school. I sighed and asked if I could use the bathroom. I called back as soon as I exit the room.

"Baby" he said.

"Zay.. why you calling me? I'm in school. What's going on ?"

"I got in a fight Kia" I sighed shaking my head.

"A fight Zay?? Are you fucking serious ? this can jeopardize everything with UCLA, It's your senior year for God sake. Why the hell did you even get in a fucking fight?" I was so mad.

"This bitch ass nigga thought I was fucking with his girl, like I wasn't even worried about his bitch. His girl was the one trying to be all over me touching me and I told her to chill and someone snitched and told him that me and her was flirting and he came at me sideways so I put his ass in check" He told me making me shake my head not believing that he wasn't flirting with her but I was over Zay and everything about him.

"Zavier i'm going to ask you and you better not lie to me about this" I heard him sighing "Was you fucking with his girl?" I asked.

"Baby no! His girl always be wanting to be all over me I don't encourage her ass, I swear I ain't lying" I believed him but that still doesn't change anything going on between us. He might not be cheating with her but I know he cheating on me with someone else.

"I have to go" I told him hanging up, as I walked out the bathroom I saw Terence walking out the class.

"You okay?" he asked.

"Yeah".

"Look Kiara you're like a sister to me and I don't want you to get hurt. Just because you and Zavier aren't doing so well doesn't mean you flirt with someone else. Things will get better soon and you going to regret it, trust me I know what i'm talking about and it's not fun to be in that situation we're in you see that you made a mistake and you can't fix it anymore. So I advice you stop what you doing with him" He told me.

"Terence I see you're just trying to look out for me and I appreciate that but i'm good nothing is going on between me and Isaiah we just friends" I said.

"Okay Kia" He said walking away. I sighed making my way back to class.

Asha

Walking up and running to the bathroom pulling the sit up and I hung my face over it letting out the food I had last night. I felt awful, Jacob came holding my hair back and rubbing my back. As I got done I washed out the nasty taste off my mouth, I sighed and brushed my teeth. Jacob kept asking if I was okay but my head was hurting me and all I wanted to do was lay back down and go to sleep, he kept talking and talking about what might be the reason why I was throwing up.

"Jacob shut up please just shut the hell up. You're adding on to my headache" I said walking back to the room and laying on the bed getting comfortable.

"Aye watch how you talk to me I don't care how bad your headache is you don't talk to me like that do you hear me?" I Looked at him like damn, he really just put my ass in check, if I didn't have this headache I would be all on him right now.

"Yes daddy" I smiled at him, while he got in bed with me and pulled me close to him. We slept till later on the day when I woke up getting a call from Evy.

"Hey" I said. It's been awhile since me and Evy really had the chance to talk and go over how we been doing. I missed her , but I knew that once she got marry and I met jacob things would change, that's how it always works no matter how close you are."

"Oh I didn't wake you up, didn't I?" she asked.

"Yeah, but it's okay. I needed to wake up anyways" I told her getting up holding my head feeling that damn headache still as I walked to the kitchen. "wassup?" .

"Nothing, just calling to check on you since I know how work be having you all tired and you can't call anyone" She said, I smiled she was right.

"Yeah, i'm sorry. But i'm good just been throwing up since yesterday and I feel so tired and got this mean ass headache that just won't go away" I told her.

"Okay either you pregnant or you ate something and it's fucking you up" I shook my head nahh can't be.

"Girl you just want me to be pregnant but it's not that and I don't remember eating anything but what's going on with you?" I asked as I took food out to cook.

"I'm trying to see what I could do for Kia this year for her party, it's coming up soon".

" Throw her a surprise party or something" I told her.

"Yeah, i'mma just do that".

"Whats going on with you and hubby?"

"Nothing really, things been good between us and I can't really complain about anything" I could tell she was blushing on the other end.

"Thats wassup, I'm really happy you guys are getting things together and working out" I told her, after that we talked about what she been wanting to do with her business degree. I'm proud that she is actually stepping out and doing what she has always wanted to do I don't know how Kaiden going to take this because he doesn't want her working but I'm really happy for her even taking a step and meeting up with people for this.
