Chapter 8

(Baek P.O.V)

He shook his head and said "no i don't even know her the person i like is...."

There was a long silence and what he said next shocked me....

"You i like you Baekhyun"

I stood there frozen he actually likes me i don't know what went through my mind but before i knew it i pulled him closer and kissed him like my life depends on it

(Yixing P.O.V)

I said it i finally told him i like him i was sacred of how he will react but what he did after i told him shocked me

When he pulled me closer i thought I'm going to get punched or something but instead he kissed me his lips looked so soft and turns out they actually are

I was frozen i didn't know how to react but when i finally came out of my daze i kissed him back after about 5 minutes of kissing we finally broke apart because of a lack of air

We rested our foreheads together he then whispered "finally" i looked at him confused he shook his head and said he will explain later he then said "lets go back to the cafe your mom is probably worried and i want you to meet Taeyeon and also you have a fever and it's cold it is not good for you to be out here"

I nodded and we both got up we walked to the café our hands bumping against each other occasionally we were getting closer when i felt my hand  getting warm i looked down to see that he is holding my hand tight i looked up to meet his eyes he smiled happily

Making me smile when we got to the café when we entered and my mom saw me she came and hugged me i hugged her back

We broke the hug then Baek came and hugged me from the back my mom looked at me confused i just smiled he then said "later explanations first need to clear up a misunderstanding"

I nodded Baek then took my over to the girl he was with earlier he then said "Yixing meet Taeyeon she is my cousin who has been living in Japan for almost her whole life Taeyeon this is Yixing"

He took my hand and looked at me and smiled i waved with my free hand and said "ah nice to meet you" and she did the same she then said "so this is the famous Yixing i heard of Baek you beter make a move before someone else does"

I looked at them both confused Baek then said "Yixing how about you and your mom join us for lunch?" I nodded and looked to my mom who also nodded

We all sat down and ordered lunch we ate and talked we got to know Taeyeon after that mom had to go to work and Taeyeon had to go to a appointment

Leaving only me and Baek we walked around and talked we went to the park where he found me earlier

We sat down on a bench and he then said "you already confessed your feelings now it is my turn the reason why i was so distant the last 4 years is because at that point was when i figured out that i like you and i tried hiding it so i started to distance myself from you and when we went to the beach that morning before i went out with Chanyeol was because i knew we were cuddling and i tought you would never like me but in the end you did"

I smiled and said "i really didn't know i liked you until Suho and Kyung started explaining to me my feelings and actions didn't exactly meet the friendship relationship and it was confirmed more when my mom asked me and helped me realize what all this mean at the end i sat up all night thinking 'but he is straight he won't like me in this way' and also this can ruin our friendship if he finds out and that leading to me not wanting to wake up this morning and then me also being sick but i got the final confirmation when i saw you with Taeyeon it felt like my worldcame crashing down when i thought you might be dating her"

He cupped my cheeks and kissed me and said "well i do like you and i always will and also remind me to thank Kyung and Suho your mom and surprisingly Taeyeon" he chuckled at the last name

I shook my head and smiled maybe realizing i like him isn't a bad thing i then looked at him and said "so Byun Baekhyun make me happy and be my boyfriend?"

He gave me a cheeky smile and said "why i thought you'd never ask of course i will" i kissed him our kiss turning to a make out session we broke the kiss and he then said

"But as much as i love you please when you are done showering please change in the bathroom do you knowhow hard it was not to jump you when you come in with just a towel wrapped around you?!"

I smiled and nodded "okay i will" i then smirked and went closer and whispered in his ear "i never knew i had this affect on you babe"

I got up and ran away only to hear him whining screaming "HYUNG~~!!" in a cute tone

He ran to catch up with me and playfully hitted my shoulder i then stopped and looked around i swear i thought we were being followed

(No one P.O.V)

As Yixing and Baek left the park Taeyeon Yixings mom Kyungsoo and Suho cheered you see this was all planned behind the scenes as we can say Kyungsoo realized that even if they tell Yixing he likes Baek he won't realize it so they got a help

They got Taeyeon here to help make Yixing jealous and Yixings mom helping with convincing him he got sick which wasn't part of the plan but they still went to the café where Baek and Taeyeon were meeting

This helps Yixing realize that he does like Baek more than he thought and at the end they finally got together and yes they have been following them since they left the café

With friends like these who needs enemies right?
