I slowly opened my eyes and looked around. I was laying down in a forest. I sat up. I saw Megan, Camille, Millie, Henry, and Edward but not John.
"Where's John?" I asked myself as I stood up. Suddenly from behind a tree came John.
"Where were you?" I asked him.
"Right behind that tree." He replied.
"Hey. Where are we?" Megan asked as she started to sit up. After a little bit everyone was awake and sitting up.
"So, what is this place?" Camille asked.
"Looks to me like a forest." I said teasingly.
"Well I know that. But what I'm asking is where is this forest we are in?" She rolled her eyes.
"Well we aren't gonna figure out if we just sit here come on." I said as I stood up.
"You do realize that your exploration habits is what got us here in the first place right?" Millie asked.
"Yes and I have a feeling this is going to be an adventure and I for one would love an adventure so either come with me or don't. And also if we just stay here we may never find a way home if we explore we might just find a way or find someone who knows away. So I'm going come with me or not I don't really care although I would prefer you all come with me but I'm going wether you come with me or not." I said then started walking.
"Wait up!" Megan called to me. And I stoppped.
"I'm coming too." Adah said running up to us and soon the group was all together exploring again.
"Listen." I said, stopping.
"What?" Henry asked after a while.
"Those are city noises!" Megan took the words right out of my mouth.
"Come on!" I almost yelled as I started running. Soon the whole city came into view. I gasped.
"What?" John asked.
"I- I-I- I think I know- know where we are." I stuttered with excitement.
"Where? Where?" Henry asked impatiently. "
Camelot!" I squealed. I literally jumped up and down a bit and started running towards the city then I stopped, composed myself and started walking towards Camelot.
~John's POV~
I just stood there for a minute.
"Wait!" I shouted and ran up to Elizabeth.
"Camelot? You think we are in Camelot?" I asked her in disbelief.
"Yes! You know from the series 'Merlin'?" She said, obviously really excited.
"I've never really watched that series but-"
"Never watched Merlin?!" Edward, Megan and Elizabeth chorused in disbelief cutting me off.
"No but-"
"We are apparently in the land of Merlin. Let the Merlin obsessers take over." Elizabeth said smiling and batting her eyelashes.
"Okay. Fine." I said giving in. We continued walking.
~Elizabeth's POV~
"This is sooo exciting!!" I said to myself, smiling.
"So you have watched Merling too?" Edward asked me. I stopped and stared at him.
"I obsessed over Merlin more than I did White Collar and when my dog had puppies I named all but one of them after White Collar characters. I watched all 5 seasons of Merlin in less than 3 weeks. Yes I have watched Merlin" I said smiling. After what felt like an eternity we finally reached the city gate. As we were about to enter the guards blocked the way.
"Excuse us, but is there something wrong?" I asked. "
Where do you come from?" One of the guards asked.
"Somewhere really far away. We mean no harm." I replied. The guards talked among themselves.
"We will take you to the king." Another guard said.
"Come with us." I nodded and walked after them trying desperately to hide the fact that I wanted to jump up and down.
"I'm going to meet the kind of Camelot! I wonder if Uther is still king or if Arthur is already king. I really hope Guinivere is already queen." I thought to myself along with a thousand other thoughts racing through my head as we walked to the palace. My head was spinning a thousand times faster when we were actually in the palace.
"Enter. The king is ready to see you." One of the guards exiting the throne room outside of which we had been waiting for a few minutes.
"Thank you." I managed to blurt out politely. And we entered the throne room.
