Chapter 6

Sadie's P.O.V.

As I pull into mine and Lindsey's apartment, I glance over at her, to find her resting her head on the window, legs pulled into her chest, and light snores leaving her lips. I start to shake her gently " Lindsey, wake up we're here." she opens her eyes slowly, and groans, blinking away the sleepys, and rubbing her face, making her make-up smear worse.

She silently opens the door, I rush around and catch her just as she was about to fall " How much did you drink?!" I question her, she just shrugs and leans her head on my shoulder as we enter our apartment building. I guide her to her room and close her door, going into my own room to shower and change into my pj's

After my soothing shower, I go into my room, and change into my feetsie pajamas, I put my hair into a messy bun, and go out of my room into the living room. I spot Lindsey sitting on the kitchen counter, her hair still slightly wet hanging down her shoulder, also wearing her feetie ( did I spell that right?) pajamas.

I go into the kitchen and plop down on one of the stools in front of the island. " Movie night?" She questions with a faint smile " Yeah buddy!!" She laughs and grabs the popcorn from the microwave, dumping it into a bowl and adding chocolate syrup over the top, yeah, we're weird like that.

I skip into the living room searching for a good movie. I smirk. Chucky. Lindsey is a scaredy cat when it comes to scary movies. I put it into the dvd player and grab some blankets and pillows, from the closet, and get comfy on the couch. I skip to the main menu, when Lindsey comes in with the popcorn, ice cream, and pringles, barely managing to hold 2 cans of soda.

She slowly makes her way over to the coffee table and sets everything down. She sighs, once she finally sits down with her ice cream and soda in hand, the popcorn between us. " Ugh! Seriously, Chucky again?!" I smile and press play grabbing a big handful of popcorn, snuggling into my pillow.

Every single time a scary part came up, she would either scream, or hide behind her pillow, and most of the time, both. After the movie was over, Lindsey decided we should watch another one, I agreed halfway asleep already.

I slowly started to nod off when the movie started, but was awakened a little bit later by Lindsey crying out " You selfish bitch! There was room for two on that door and you know it, know he's dead!!" She hid her face in her pillow crying again. " Lindsey it's okay, how ' bout we go to bed know?" She looks up at me, tears in her eyes, Lindsey's a softy when it comes to stuff like that.

She nods grabbing her pillow and turning off the t.v. I follow behind her slowly, almost tripping over my shoes in the hallway. I reach our room and fall on top of the bed falling asleep almost instantly. I soon feel the bed dip and Lindsey scoots over by me and whispers " G'night sadie." " Goodnight Linz." She curls up to me and soon I hear her breathing even out and know she's asleep.
