Abby slowly opens her eyes. She looks around. She's in headquarters.

"Abby?" A voice asks. It's Clarke."Thank god! You're okay! You have to tell us everything that happened."

Abby slowly sat up, "you have that friend at mount weather right?" Abby asks.

"Lexa? Yeah sure. Why?" Clarke asks.

"She needs to talk to the general and tell him to change the launch codes now." Abby says as she stood up.

"What? Change the launch codes? Why?" Clarke asks.

"It's Jaha. He's behind everything. He's been telling Cage what to do. Jaha is going to kill thousands and thousands of people if we don't get those codes changed."

"I'll make the call." Clarke says leaving the room.

"So Jaha betrayed us." Bellamy asks as he walks into the room.

Abby stands up, "yep. And I was too blind to see it." She's says as she makes her way out of the room.

Bellamy grabs her by the arm, "Abby. It's not your fault. This one is not on you." He tells her.

She looks at him, "where's Marcus?"

He hesitates, "he's in medical." She yanks free of his arm, "Abby. Wait. He's in surgery," but she was already out the door.

Abby stomps on her way to medical, one of the nurses stop her, "ma'am you can't go in there. He's in the middle of surgery."

"I won't be in the way. I just need to see him." Abby tells her.

"You can wait outside, but you aren't allowed in the room." The nurse said.

The nurse quickly walked back inside the room where Marcus lay unconscious.

"You gotta be okay." Abby says to herself.

Hours went by. Abby began pacing. She had heard nothing about Marcus.

"Abby?" Clarke asks coming into the room. "I made the call. They're changing the launch codes as we speak. We told them everything." She says as she sits down.

"But?"Abby asks, sitting next to Clarke.

"He used the codes before they were changed." Clarke says.

Abby  stood up and walked away from her, "how many?" Abby asks.

Clarke sighs as she stands up, "they're estimating 200,000 but that's not a definite number."

"200,000." Abby restates.

"The entire east coast is rubble. Anyone who was there is dead Abby." Clarke says.

"And what of Jaha? Cage and Emerson? They get away with everything." Abby says.

"The national guard and the federal police are tracking them down. They are to be executed on sight. You did your job Abby. You and Marcus are done." Clarke says.

"Not yet. I need to make sure every single one of them dies." Abby says.

"Why?" Clarke asks.

"Because they deserve to. And if Marcus doesn't make it, and I don't stop Jaha and his empire, then Marcus will have died for nothing." Abby says.

"Marcus isn't going to die. I know it! He'll pull through. Have a little faith." Clarke says.

At the time the surgery doors open, the doctor and his team walk out. "He'll be fine. He just needs to recover. He's stubborn. I'll give him that. Took us nearly 20 minutes to bring him back." The Doctor says.

"Wait are you saying you lost him?" Abby asks.

"Yep." The doctor replies.

"He's dead?" Abby asks.

"Was dead, but he's fine now." The doctor says. "You can go in there if you would like."

Abby pushes open the door and walks over and sits by him. She grabs hold of his hand and doesn't let go.

It seems like hours pass before Marcus's eyes flutter open, "Abby?" He manages to get out.

Abby hovers over him, "hey. You're awake. Thank you."

"For what exactly?" He asks.

Abby smiles, "not dying."

"Well how about I don't die?" He suggests.

"They lost you." Abby says as Marcus gives her a confused look, "you died." She says.

"Abby." Marcus says trying to sit up.

"You died and you almost didn't come back." She says.

Marcus finally sits up and looks Abby in the eyes. There is a long pause and finally Marcus gives a slight smile, "come here." He says.

She hugs him, "I thought you were gonna die." She says as she soaks his shirt with tears. "I thought I was gonna lose you."

"Hey. You're not gonna lose me." Marcus reassures her.

"I love you." Abby says, pulling away from him.

Abby and Marcus look each other in the eyes. Abby leans down and kisses him. And he kisses her back.

He pulls away, "as much as I love you and kissing you, what happened to Jaha?" He says.
