Chapter 4

Katsumi POV

"Crushing Wing of the Ice Dragon!!!" 

Freed was dragging this battle out for too long. I went into my god form takeover and fired. Freed was hit and slammed into a wall. He grunted and got up. I was about to fire until...

"Freed!" 

I turned and saw Elfman and Mirajane. I turned back and yelled, "You two takedown Freed! I'm going to take down Laxus! Good luck!" I quickly ran off.

Where is he??? I kept looking until a loud boom came from the cathedral. Bingo! That must be where Laxus is! I quickly ran there and saw Erza and Natsu who made it before me. I saw Laxus standing in the middle of the cathedral. I quickly attacked.

"CLAWS OF THE ICE DRAGON!!"

The impact hit Laxus lightning that surrounded him and he was unharmed. Erza and Natsu also attacked but we weren't getting anywhere. Erza looked outside worried about something. I trailed to where she was looking and outside was lacrima filled with lightning.

"Natsu I have faith in you. You take care of Laxus,"  she said running out.

Outside Erza was summoning her weapons. I ran out and saw her huffing from the lack of magic.

Third POV

Gray stumbled out of the alley where he fought Bickslow earlier. He looked up and saw the lacrima surrounding the town.

"Where is Warren?" He muttered running. 

Meanwhile...

"Erza take it easy. Don't push yourself I'll summon my weapons and you can take one half while I take the other." Katsumi said.

Ezra nods her head and Katsumi summons her weapons. In the cathedral, Laxus was dragging the battle longer than expected. He wanted the Thunder Palace to be activated.

"There less than 3 minutes. So what are you going to do now?" Laxus grinned.

"That ain't happening!" Natsu yelled sending another attack at Laxus.

"SHUT UP!!!" demanded Laxus sending a punch in Natsu face.

Katsumi POV

'Can everyone hear me?' a voice said inside my head.

'Warren is that you?' I said.

'Yes but right now look up in the sky.' he instructed.

I looked up while Warren was telling everyone to wake up.

'Wake up and look up.' Warren yelled.

"Warren?" Macao said.

"The sky?" Jet said looking up.

"What are those thing anyway?" Droy asked.

'Listen up everyone! We must destroy that lacrima that are floating in the sky with all the magic we have left! Laxus is planning to use that lacrima up there to attack the whole town!' Warren said.

"But how did you...?" Erza said trailing off when another voice popped in.

'Erza you're okay." the voice said.

"Gray. So it was you." Erza smiled when she recognized the voice.

'Sorry, it took a while finding this guy.' he said.

"Is the other girls okay?" Jet asked.

"Everyone is okay, even Bisca. Don't worry Alzack," said Mira.

'We have to destroy those things up there or it will attack the town.' Warren said.

'Damn you Warren!' a voice said. 'Don't forget what you did to me?'

Soon everyone was bickering who attacked them. A tch mark appeared on my forehead.

"EVERYONE! SHUT UP!!" I roared. A voice also said the same thing and at the same time. That voice belonged to Lucy.

"Can't you see this isn't the time to be bickering. This town is in trouble and if we want to save it we need to work together. I know I haven't been here long but I have Fairy Tail pride in me. Fairy Tail was always my favorite guild. If you won't attack then I'll do it myself." Lucy said.

"I know that this guild means as much to you people as it is to Lucy. You proved that to me when I joined so we have to work together." I said.

"Their right. We can settle this ordeal later and besides we can't let the newbies show us up," said Warren.

"Everyone fire now!!" I yelled.

Everyone fired and we took out the lacrima but everyone was hit due to the body link magic. I couldn't just lay here, Natsu need help. I got up and ran to the cathedral as fast as I could. When I got there Laxus was shocked when the runes for the thunder palace disappeared. He turned to Natsu and said, "You ask how I am going to be master? Well, I will have to take it by force!!" 

"NATSU NOW!!!" I screamed and we attacked Laxus at the same time.

"Iron claws of the Ice-water dragon!!"

"Iron fist of the Fire Dragon!!"

Natsu landed his attack on the side of Laxus head and I aimed me on his chest. Laxus didn't seem to be fazed. He punched me I the stomach really hard. I was sent flying and crashed into the wall head first. I could hear my head crack and something warm was spilling on my face. My vision started to blur and I passed out falling to the floor.

Natsu POV

"KATSUMMIII!!" I screamed but she didn't move.

Blood was coming out of her head and it was getting bigger. I ran over to her and found her unconscious. Her pulse was dropping.

"LAXUS!!" I yelled in rage.

Levi POV

I finally found Laxus. I ran in and on the floor was Katsumi. Her head was in a pool of blood. Gajeel and Natsu were tired out from fighting Laxus. Laxus, on the other hand, was casting the spell: Fairy law.

"Stop Laxus!! Your grandp...grandpa is...at his death door!"

It shocked Natsu, Gajeel, and even Laxus. Laxus stared blankly for a few seconds and then smirked.

"Well my chances of being master went up" he laughed. "Fairy Law!" 

A huge light glowed and blasted into the sky. The light was blinding and all I could do was wait till it was over. When the light died down I saw Natsu, Gajeel, and Katsumi still fine. Natsu ran over and picked up Katsumi bridal way. He came back and put her beside me. I gasped because Katsumi was in a bad state. Blood was running down her forehead and she was getting colder.

"Why didn't it work?!!" yelled Laxus.

"Its because even though you think they were your enemies your heart though it differently." a voice said. I turned and saw Freed.

Natsu continued to fight Laxus to end the battle.I stayed to help Gajeel while Freed took Katsumi to Polyushiko.

Freed POV

I ran as fast as I could. The girl who I didn't quite catch her name when we were fighting was dying. Erza was staggering when she saw me with Katsumi in my arm her eyes widen. I looked down and saw the trail of blood behind me. I quickly got to Polyushiko, her eyes widen when she saw the body. She quickly started tending her wounds, stopping her pulse from dropping and the blood that was running. I ran back and saw Gajeel using his arm as a rod attracting the lightning towards him, and with that Natsu took down Laxus. The battle for Fairy Tail has ended.
