Chapter 7

~Third POV ~

Natsu was currently running down the path until he saw a forest up ahead, "I can see it, it's the woods!"

"Wait up, Natsu!" Gray called out from behind him.

"I don't wanna!" Natsu said running faster.

"You idiot, don't start running off like you did before!" Erza yelled

"Does it bother you that much that I'm in the lead here?" Natsu shouted.

"What? How dare you. . ." Erza yelled glaring at Natsu. He freaked out and fell off the ridge of the cliff falling down into the forest.

"Hey, he fell off" Gray said.

"That impatient fool. . ." Erza said trailing off.

"He's the same as usual, huh?" Sherry pointed out

"And to think that I once fought him in the past. It stirs up a mix of feelings" Lyon said

"That's also, 'love'!" Sherry said looking at Lyon

"No, it's not!" Gray said.

Lucy was having trouble catching up.

"Wait, you guys are too fast! What happened to ladies first?" Lucy complained.

"Princess, may I carry you?" Hibiki asked sparkling right beside her.

"I'll hold your hand" Eve said.

"Stay close to me" Ren replied

"Annoying!" Lucy replied rolled her eyes

"Wendy, you're slow!" Carla said running while holding Wendy's hand

"But!" Wendy argue

"I'll do my best, too!" Happy shouts from behind.

Natsu was at the bottom of the forest.

"Ouch. . .This place has a weird smell" Natsu replied running through Wrath Woodlands

"You notice it?" Erza asked wondering what really goes in his head.

"Yeah, I don't really understand it but there's something strange to this place" Gray said

"Don't let your guard down, Sherry" Lyon said warning her

"O-Okay!" Sherry replied back

"You're slow, guys!" Natsu called out to the rest

"You're one sturdy bastard!" Gray yelled after Natsu

Then Natsu stops as he noticed a shadow going over him and Gray runs into him.

Over in the horizon was a black circle that seemed to be draining the forest life. Natsu and Kemuri smelled something, or someone.

"Hey" Natsu said with a serious tone

"Yeah, someone's coming! Stay sharp!" Gray warned as everyone got into their fighting position.

Wendy hid behind a rock in fear as Carla said, "Wendy!"

Then, some outlines of figures can be seen as their footsteps were heard.

"T-They're. . ." Lucy trailed off. The smoke dispersed as it revealed 6 people

"The Oracion Seis!"

Brain, the leader spoke up, "Some maggots have gathered"

"Your way of thinking is too predictable" Angel added

"We've already beaten Jura and Ichiya~ How's that?" The two spirits said
