I sat in the tent I shared with Steph and the others polishing my bayonet. I looked up as someone entered the room.

"hey" I said to Thomas he say next to me and pulled the bayonet from my hands. He set it next to him and looked at me

"when are you going to tell them?" he asked.

"later" I mumbled "I just can't right now what if they don't trust me after?" Thomas looked at me sadly then pulled me into his arms. I heard footsteps coming and pulled away Thomas looked at me and said

"Oriel Lynn summers, I order  you to tell them." then he stood and walked out. I stared after him and snapped out of it when the others came in.

"guys, it's time to explain" I said. They looked at me and went to sit on their beds but I stopped them "follow me" I walked into the dry light outside and wound my way through the tents. I reached a small tent near the back of the camp. I lifted the flap and lead them inside. It was a small tent with a cot, a bookshelf, and a all of pictures. Steph went to look at them and gasped

"these are you when you were four!" i nodded

"sit down" I said, they did. I looked at them and began

"I was born out here in this world. My brother left before I was born and  my mom raised me until she went insane. Then the rebellion found me they took me in and trained me until I was five. Then they decided to send me into the districts. by this time Thomas and the others were out and I found out that Thomas was my brother. He offered to take my place but he couldn't. I went in and started my life in there. When we went to the capitol I hacked into their files and found all I could on you three. we went into the maze and left, got here. that's it." I finished hoping Steph would understand out of everyone.

"HOW COULD YOU LIE TO ME AND EVERYONE, AND PAXTON!" She cried as tears streamed her face. The threw a photo of me on the ground making the glass shatter.

"Steph!" Michael yelled and exited the tent.

"So," Thomas said, "who's Paxton, your boyfriend?"

"Not the time, Thomas, Not the time." I said and collapsed on the floor and sobbed. Bryson left and came back with some food and water for me. I pushed it away then thought. Well if she wants it to be that way then let it be. I picked up the picture and threw it away I walked to the nearby mirror and looked at my face. Pale with brown eyes brown long hair. I pulled out my knife and chopped off the hair. I turned to my clothes and looked through them. I chose an old ripped t-shirt, torn jeans and combat boots. I strapped the rifle onto my back, the hunting knives to my thighs, and the bayonet to my hip. I tied the bandanna around my head and walked out.
