Chapter 22: don't go

it was another ordinary day for BTS. They started the practice as usual with noisy hoseok on one side, randomly joining him jungkook and taehyung. its been two days since jimin take a day off. today is the day for jungkook to meet jimin again and clear his misunderstanding with jimin. 

it's not like jungkook haven't called for the past two days, but jimin was just not answering his phone. when jin hyung called jimin, he said that he caught a cold so he's taking his day off. jungkook. the members only gets to know how jimin was feelings only from jinyoung when he came to BigHit, taking jimin's things that he left behind the other day. 

"Morning guys" jimin greets his members with big smiles on his face. 

"Jiminie!!" all the members shouts when they saw jimin's bright face. of course, they all rushed to their beloved member to hug him. 

"are you feeling okay now?" jin asks him while stroking his head. 

"yeah hyung, i feel so much better now. sorry for making you all worried about me" jimin acts as cheerful as he can to assure the members that he's feeling okay now. 

"well, then let's start our practice now. after that, lets go out for some barbecue. we haven't hang out for a long time!" as their leader, namjoon tried to liven up the atmosphere. 

the members didn't take long to agree with their leader. "Beef!" yoongi shouts in happiness that makes everyone else laughs. 

yes, this is it. this is the moment that everyone missed. its been a month since they had that dark and weird atmosphere among them. they had enough of that. 

as promised, after hours of practicing, they all went out to have their dinner now, as a family. maybe it's been too long for the boys to be awkward with each other as they are loud and talking endlessly until they reach the barbecue place. 

"jimin hyung..." jungkook held jimin's wrist to stopped him from walking. 

jimin turn around to face jungkook. "yes?" 

"i have something to tell you... umm but not now. after this. will you stay?" jungkook asks jimin, still holding his hand tightly.

jimin just smiles and nods. he too, want to clear everything with jungkook. if he can't be with jungkook, he at least doesn't want any hard feeling among them. he's ready to let jungkook go. he wanted his family back. 

while eating, they had so much fun talking, playing games, teasing each other again like the old days. everyone really had a good time. taehyung and hoseok starts being lovey dovey again and the others would tease them together. all the members knew that hoseok and taehyung had get back together except for jimin. that leaves jimin clueless and shocked!

"hyung.. did taetae get back with hoseok hyung?" jimin whispers to jin as its seems like he's the only one who's been missing this. 

"oh yeah, we're forgot to tell you. they get back together since last three days. look at these babies. aren't they just love each other so much?" jin smiling as he's watching hoseok and taehyung. he's glad everything turn back normal. 

jimin on the other hand was so shocked. 'what about jungkook? aren't he's hurt now? oh god, he must be hurting now.' jimin thought to himself. he held jungkook's hand in his and that makes jungkook really shocked. 

"jungkook ah, are you.... okay?" jimin looks concerned. 

"about what?" jungkook was confused why did jimin look worried. 

jimin didn't answer but he glanced at the happy couple instead. he looks back at jungkook to see if jungkook is tried to hide his broken heart. but all jimin sees is a smile. a happy smiling jungkook.
