Josh invited Tyler over to his home so they could eat together, partly because they want to spend more time with him, partly because they have noticed that Tyler either doesn't eat or tends to throw up after eating - they're not blind or deaf, they could hear him puke every time he went to the bathroom after they ate food together. They just don't particularly enjoy thinking or talking about it.
I was going to update yesterday but everything was getting repeated in threes (which is odd as it usually doesn't extend to my writing) and I'm sure you don't want to read three of everything.
