Few weeks later*

"What's on your mind?" Brenda asked. It's been a long ass time since I asked her to be my girlfriend.
She kept asking me what was wrong but I didn't want to really tell her I was still pissed at a guys' comment. She sat up and looked me in the eyes after I didn't say anything for a minute.
"Nothing." I simply answered shrugging.
"That's a lie Clark Gonzales, you know you can tell me whatever."
I sighed knowing she wouldn't stop bugging me on it until I told her. "That damn guy Darren or whatever just pissed me off! Like I tried to be cool with him but that guy has something against me." I somewhat raised my voice.
"Dalton? First off, if that really bothered you than you should have something. I can't just read your emotions; we've been best friends since I could remember." she said.
"I don't want you to be near him."
"What? You can't do that shit to me. You're breaking up a FRIENDSHIP between us. It's not that serious."
"Brenda, he's super shady, I don't think you should talk to him anymore."
"And if I do?" she raised her voice. I was serious though; he acts like he can't stand me and I barely know the guy.
"That's all on you." I said and paid back attention to the T.V. in my room. She moved her hips out my grasp and grabbed her phone getting up.
"Where y-"
"I'll see you at school Clark." she kissed my cheek and walked out with her keys to leave. Just because I told her the obvious. Meerkat came in slowly and saw my frustration.
"Your girlfriend just left and told me she'd see you later." she said.
"Kay." I said and she walked out. I stared at the ceiling and paid no attention to anything.

Tuesday*
Nicole POV:
"You need to watch what you say to him and also to Brenda. You act like you dating her for God sake!" I spat to Dalton. We haven't told Bren that we were dating because its like, weird for a group of three friends with the two dating. He mumbled under his breath and I scoffed at this nigga.
We sat there waiting for her to come to lunch and join us.
"Hey cakey!" I smiled. Dalton was being a bitch right now so I kicked him under the table making him smile and put on an act.
"Hey ya'll." she sighed. I could tell when she was being bothered by someone or something, it was written all over her pretty ass face.
"What's wrong?"
She told me how Clark wanted her to diss Dalton and then she left his house.
"I don't see why you're still with him; first off he's a fucking cracka'." we both looked at Dalton in disgust and I can't believe he said that.
"What the fuck is your problem?!" I said as he looked as if nothing happened. Clark was walking inside the cafeteria and I gave Brenda 'the look' telling her to turn around.
"Uh hey Nicole; Brenda. Can we talk real quick by ourselves?" he said.
"Why? You can talk in front of Dalton and Nicole?" she snapped.
"Brenda don't treat him like this just go talk to him girl." I said.
_______________
CG;
I got Brenda to finally talk to me and we walked out to the hallways; funny how she listens to Nicole instead of me.
"What's up?" she said. I stayed quiet for a few seconds and kissed her lips and she suprisingly kissed back. We pulled apart and I apologized.
"I'm sorry Brenda, I should've took it as a man and shrugged it off but he just got under my skin by calling me that baby." I said being considerate. I knew she fell for it because I could see it in her big brown eyes and smiled at her.
"I see. He just was hatin' because you were white and asked why we were still together." she answered. I backed away and walked back to the lunchroom to have a word with him to find the real situation.
"Scuse me Dalton, what's your problem with me?" I asked. He looked away from Nicole and scoffed at my question.
"My problem is that you wanna date a damn piece of white trash then go after Brenda." he stood up.
"What is it with race and you?"
"Nigga get out my damn face." he turned and the cafeteria got quiet as he started walking away.
"I'm not fucking done with your ass." I yelled.
"We never started white boy."
"Yeah because you wouldn't know what the hell you were doing anyway." I said.
He laughed and turned again before I sucker-punched him across the face. He fell, taken back a little, and was about to get up before the school security came in.
I walked past him on my way out searching for Brenda back in the halls.
"What did you just do?"
"I had to put Dalton in his place and it ended up being a small fig-"
"Fight? Clark why do you want to be in trouble so bad?" she said calmer than I thought she would. I really didn't want to talk about this so I brought her lips back to mine to kiss and stall her.
"Clark-" she tried saying but her lips kept coming back. "-we-" "need to-" she stopped talking after a few words and moved her hands near my d*ck. I moved my hand near her waist and kissed down her neck.
We weren't about to have sex in the school, relax.
"What were you saying?" I pulled away.
"What?" she smiled too love dazed, just the way I like her. I laughed and grabbed her hand to walk back to the cafeteria while getting stares from everyone.
"What are they looking at?" she asked. I realized now what they thought was 'wrong' with this picture.
I looked at her and realized the majority of students didn't approve of our relationship.

Well that fight was over before it started. Why is the school hatin' on the swirl? Nicole actin' shady about Clark? Comment!
