Chapter 11 ~ Welcome Home

Lucy's P.O.V

I couldn't sleep at all last night. I kept on thinking and thinking about what happened yesterday. Especially about Lisanna. I stared outside my bed room window thinking what do I mean to him. Lisanna means so much to him, then what do I mean to him? I am probably just a nobody to him.

I heard a knock on the door and Virgo walked in holding a tray. She placed it on my bed and told me, "I decided to make you breakfast in bed. Is something bothering you? You don't seem well."

"Thank you so much Virgo and please don't worry. I'm fine. Something just has been on my mind lately."

"Oh, is that so. Well, make sure to eat and don't think about it too much."

"Yes, thank you." She bowed and before she left the room, I asked her, "Virgo, do you think I mean a lot to Natsu?"

She turned back to look at me, "I'm sure you mean a lot to him. Maybe he doesn't wanna say it."

"You're just saying that because you know I wouldn't like the answer..."

"Why don't you try asking him yourself?" Then she left. I let out a big sigh. Shall I? Should I ask him? Now I am worried about the answer.

Virgo told me and Natsu to go outside to do some errands. I didn't say a word to him. We were silent as we were heading to the grocery store.  I clenched my fist as I was thinking about what happened yesterday. Natsu broke the silence by saying, "About yesterday-"

"Please! Let's not bring it up... Ever..." 

"Why? Are you mad?"

"It's not like you care!" I replied as I folded my arms. He stopped pushing me and he knelt down in front of. 

"Hey Lucy, did I do or say something wrong?" He asked, staring into my eyes. Then he started playing with my hair. I didn't know what to say or do. It's not like I'm mad at him! It's just that-! I don't know right now! I can't make up my mind right now.

I stared into his eyes and I asked him, "Natsu... What do I mean to you?" He had a shocked look on his face. Again, it was just silence. 

He looked away and he replied, "Of course you mean so much to me!" 

"Is that the truth?"

I asked in a serious tone. He looked back at me and his smile faded. 

"I was serious about what I said... You mean so much to me..."

"More than Lisanna...? 

Too be honest... I kinda do regret asking him this. Again, we were quiet. Natsu looked away and chuckled. He got back up and pushed me again. "Ha! What are you saying, Luce? It's not like you to ask that!" 

I kept quiet again. Maybe he misunderstood me...

After coming back from the grocery store, we headed home with groceries bags in our hands. As we entered back into the house and we were putting away the groceries. All of a sudden, I heard someone open the door. I rushed over to the door and it was Virgo and mom. 

"Oh, mom! Virgo! You guys are back early!" I yelled, in excitement. 

"Lucy, we got some good news and bad news for you." Virgo said in a sad tone. 

"Huh, what's the matter?" 

"Yeah, what is it?" Natsu asked as he through himself on the couch, acting all cool. I rolled my eyes. 

"Well, which would like to hear first? The good news or the bad news?" Virgo asked, as she placed her bag on the couch. 

"Uh, I don't know. The good news I guess..." 

"*Sigh* The good news is... I... No... We... Found your sister..."

"EH?" 

Then a girl walked in and it was her. My eyes widen and tears filled my eyes. I smiled and said to her...

"Welcome home, Michelle."

Hey minna~! It's me Sophie~! I know that I haven't been updating in so long and this chapter was really short. Again, I am so sorry. I didn't have enough time to update because of school.
