A/N:

This one is like one of the most popular topics when it comes to preferences, you can't be a preference blog without having this on your masterlist! It's no wonder though, it's hilarious as hell to write! x

Luke:

"Y/N? Yeah hi, I know I wasn't supposed to call because you're in a meeting and all that but god-, You have to come home like literally right now because I'm panicking and I don't know how to handle this." Luke leaned his head against the wall to the bathroom with his phone resting between his shoulder and ear, eyes wide. "What the hell is going on?" You hissed back in a whisper yell. "Dad this is nothing you're overreacting please just leave me to do this alone." Elisabeth yelled from the other end of the bathroom door, puzzles coming from inside but Luke had no idea what was going on. "But you said you were suddenly bleeding and as your dad I need to make sure everything is okay! Did you fall on your bike on your way home from school or something?" There was no doubt Luke was freaking out, everything had happened at once and with so much confusion he needed your help. "What do you mean she's bleeding?" You tried to stay quiet but it was hard because you could feel yourself grow nervous as well. You were sitting by the end of the table with a large amount of coworkers skeptically glaring towards you. "She was sitting on the couch and everything was normal then she all of the sudden ran towards the bathroom without any words said besides she was bleeding! Trust me, you're just as confused as me if not more." Luke removed himself from the bathroom door when it was suddenly unlocked and open, Elisabeth's face showing that she was definitely not in a mood for her dad's snooping. "Give me the phone." She requested and snapped it out of his hands, "Mum, I love dad don't get me wrong but can you please get home and help me out? I think it's my first period coming up and I just really need you right now." Your hand came up to your mouth by her words, and now you couldn't not excuse yourself from your meeting just for a short moment. "Honey I'm so sorry but I can't leave right in the second. But if you ask your dad he will help you out I'm sure, he knows where the pads are and same with the pain killers, don't worry about anything okay?" You heard a huge sigh from the other end, Elisabeth looking up at Luke who still seemed shocked, but less tense than before. She gave him an unsure look in case he actually knew where the stuff was, watching him open the door to the bathroom and opened one of the cupboards. "You got it?" You questioned, hearing her hum lightly and hung up the phone. "See?" Luke grinned and took out a small basket where various of pads were. "We don't need mum. Painkillers are up there." He nodded his head towards another cupboard before placing his hands gently on her cheeks and gave her forehead a light peck.

Calum:

"Dad, do you know where mum is?" Calum's head shot up by the ever so timidly question coming from Willow, her head leaning against the door frame to the living room. "What's wrong?" He let go of his MacBook to stand up from the couch and head towards her, she was still standing frozen and fiddled with the sleeves of his shirt. "I-, I don't really know if I can tell you." She mumbled quietly, not helping on his confusion and he removed a piece of hair away from her forehead. "You can tell me everything, you know that." She bit down on her bottom lip by her words, torn between telling him or not. This was definitely not a situation she wanted to be in without female support and she sighed softly before she let go of the sleeves. "I th-, I think I just got my period and to be honest I don't know what to do." She was still speaking quietly but he could tell the panic was clear on her face now that she let it out. "I texted mum but she isn't answering and I'm not sure where the stuff are, she has taught me how to put on pads but it would just be a whole lot easier if she was still here." The more she spoke the more the panic became worse and even if Calum was surprised by the announcement he kept it in wanting to calm her down. "There's nothing to worry about, but I think it would be the best if you're taking a pill already. Now, I don't know if you're feeling pain yet but in case of that, you should take one now. Your mom has suffered through some serious ones." She nodded her head silently and Calum gently lead her towards the painkillers in the kitchen. In fact he stayed with her the whole time to make sure that she was okay, stroking her hair when she exhaustedly fell asleep on the couch for a small nap. Buzzes came from his phone and he lifted it up to his ear with a small hum. "I saw her text I'm so sorry I couldn't respond until now. Is she alright?" Your tone was so worried it made a small smile come to Calum's face, his head nodding despite you not being able to see him. "Yeah, I gave her a few tips and now she's sleeping it away." It was a sigh of relief that came from your mouth by his words, feeling how your stomach was twisting. You wanted to be there. "You know I really wished you were here right now because having to watch her go through the same as you honestly kills me." He talked quietly to not wake her up, smiling softly when she stirred on her sleep. "But she has been handling it so well I couldn't be more proud." He leaned over to carefully pull the blanket over her, his fingers caressing her forehead again.

Michael:

"No, no this can't be happening not now! Dad, you need to get the fuck out of the bathroom right now I swear to god!" The desperation and seriousness in Celeste's tone was enough for Michael to open the door, eyes wide and his face filled with shaving cream. "What is going on I was supposed to take a shower?" He questioned confused, the sounds of water running coming from the bathroom. "I'm bleeding." She sounded clueless and it didn't come out the way she wanted, just by hearing it she knew Michael wouldn't be able to understand. "What where, let me see?" He was quick to check her from top to toe, but she stopped him and took a step back. "Trust me you don't but I need to let you leave the bathroom now because I'm gonna have to use it." Still with a confused expression on his face she was quick to drag him by the arm and out of the bathroom, hurrying inside and locked the door. He stood frozen for a minute trying to register what was going on, still standing in his sweats and the cream. Hurrying towards the phone he speed dialed you, trying not to mess his phone and sincerely hoped you would pick up. "Where's the rush I haven't been out for more than five minutes?" You asked confused the second you answered. "Celeste is acting weird and says she is bleeding! Now I don't understand this pre teen thing but I assume you might know what is going on?" The panic was clear in his tone and your jaw fell by his words. "Michael has she gotten her first period? If so, you're gonna have to find the pads for her and let her into the bathroom." "I already have, she practically threw me out before I could shower." He exclaimed and you tried not to laugh. "The pads are in my bag you can find them on my bed." Without another word he hurried towards it and emptied the content, searching around until he had something in his hand. "Will tampons work out-, Jesus Christ how can it absorb 5ml is it like Maxi size XL?" "Michael what are you doing she's not ready for tampons yet, go find a light lilac pad that has a moon and stars on it! It's used for nights but because she is new to this I don't want her to bleed through already." He nodded his head confused and grabbed the lilac pad and headed towards the bathroom, still having you on the speaker. "Honey your mum says you will need this, I'm just gonna send it under the door." Silence fell upon but he could hear her shuffle behind the door, the pad being snatched as soon as he send it halfly through. "Thanks dad. You're the best." A warm smile came to his face in proudness of handling the situation, looking down at his feet and hung up the phone in achievement of handling it on his own.

Ashton:

"Okay so we've got small tampons, large tampons, small pads and large pads which by the way both are night and daytime pads just in case you want to switch and I also stopped by the grocery store to buy chocolate and these weird marshmallows because your mum always crave this when she's on her period and also a few different kinds of pain killers in case you'll end up with cramps but I'm not sure if that happens the first time or not-," If it wasn't for the fact that Cloe's eyes became wider and wider by Ashton keeping on rambling, he wouldn't have stopped until he looked up from the grocery bag. It didn't help on the situation that Zack, her twin brother, was sitting on the kitchen counter with the exact same expression on his face. "Dad you're making too much out of this." He was quick to comment and Cloe took the bag out of his hand and hurried towards the bathroom with a loud smack. "What do you mean how am I supposed to handle this I assumed your mum would be home to be a help in this but she isn't home before tomorrow due to her flight!" Ashton almost scolded in panic, he wanted to do his best that he ever could and that meant buying the whole store while he was at it. "Wouldn't it have been enough to just let her use one of mum's pads instead of buying the whole store?" Ashton became silent by his son's question, biting down on his bottom lip and baffled his hands in the air. "How should I know how this I mean your mum has been very private about this so I wasn't exactly prepared for this to happen on a Friday night?" He turned around to head towards the bathroom and leaned his ear silently against the door. "Cloe is everything alright in there? I can find you a tutorial on YouTube in case you want to learn how to do this probably." "Dad you're too much oh my god!" Zack exclaimed even if he was in the other room, definitely taking a part in what was going on. "And don't they get taught this in health class?" "What do I know I haven't gone to school for a million years!" Ashton fell back instantly when the door to the bathroom was open, Cloe's face read in embarrassment but at least she wasn't looking as panicking as when she suddenly said the announcement. He had expected she would scold at him for being too much just like her twin had said but instead she leaned over and instantly wrapped his arms around her. "Dad, you're insanely embarrassing but I couldn't love you less." It was a huge smile that came to his face by her words, his arms wrapping around her shoulders and pulled him into his chest. "I'm glad you're saying this because when your mother sees how much I've bought she's gonna think I've gone insane."
