Today is Robyn's first formal encounter with her client and things weren't going well. She forgot to set her alarm, therefore she was running late. Her father was surely going to give her an earful on professionalism like the hypocrite he was.

She wore minimal makeup, a tight black dress that caressed her curves nicely along with a white trench coat and heels as her straightened black hair flowed over her shoulders. Even though she knew she'd be late, first impressions still mattered.

"Where is he?" were the first words to escape her once she stepped out of the elevator when she addressed her personal assistant, Tyler.

"He's in your office. He insisted on waiting in there even though I opposed."

"It's fine. Is my fa- Is Marcus in yet?" she began walking in direction of her headquarters.

"He's in your office with Mr. Kingsley."

"Robyn finally, you've arrived."

She quickly removed her coat and set down her briefcase on the desk before making almost instant eye contact with the only other man in the room besides her father. They stared at each other for a bit in silence, weird. They seemed to have been taken aback by one another.

Taking a quick breath, she introduced herself. "Morning, I'm Robyn Clara Desmond. Call me Robyn for short. Sorry for the delay.."

"Don't worry about it. It's just good to see such a beautiful face so early on in the morning."

A small smile crept in the corner of her lips as her father looked in between his daughter and her client who seemed to be flirting with her?

"I'm Dean Kingsley, though you probably already knew that."

"Ah. The arrogant type," she thought.

The youngsters shook hands while he fixated into her eyes for a quick moment, somewhat mesmerized by her shimmering hazel eyes that had a serious touch to it but sensitive as well, and her ethereal beauty before she pulled away and sat into her computer chair, he did also.

"So..yes Dean this is my daughter and one of our most recommended real estate agents here. She'll be helping you expand your brand here in New York."

"Yeah," he still had his sights on Robyn who appeared to be taking out photo examples of available properties, "thanks."

With that, he left the two alone and closed the door as he exited.

"She's beautiful," is what he had on loop in his mind when she began talking.

"I know you've already been here for some weeks now and that Naomi has surely brushed you up on some possible options, but today I'm here because clearly she couldn't provide you with an exact choice." She was confident and sure of herself. He liked that. On the edge of her desk, she spread out some choices of which areas he'd like to visite/he's interested in. "If you'd just take a look at these, tell me what you prefer and I'll see what I can do."

Interrupting their little session, a light knock was heard on the door.

"Come in!" Robyn shouted.
