Running, running, running... Boom! She tripped. Before she could find the willpower to get up, she was being dragged by the feet. Clawing on the wet road's cement, she couldn't find an easy breath to breathe as if she were being suffocated as well. Suddenly, she was flipped over and everything soon became pitch black.

"Shit!" she startled in bed causing Dean to stir on his end, "It was just a dream," whispering, she reached for her phone on the nightstand as she ran her cold hand along her face, "just a dream."

6:24 AM, blinked on the digital clock that hung in her room. She had to check that since she forgot to charge her device last night because she was obviously too preoccupied.

The previous night, he kept his promise and took her on a movie date downtown. She thought he had forgotten about that silly idea. Then later on to finish the night, they didn't have sex or anything of that sort, having that she had just finished her period. Instead, they, well mostly she on this part, snuggled for some time and made out a lot till he eventually passed out first totally taking her by surprise, though she laughed it off.

After brushing her teeth, she rid herself of her tank top and shorts before hopping in the shower.

Like her mom wished upon her two days ago, Robyn and Marcus were set to have dinner at some restaurant across town. "Go in, go out," is what she had in mind for this meet, then again solving the constant animosity at her work place would be fitting as well.

Subsequent to drying herself, she passed her scentless deodorant, and lotion along her smooth skin before directing herself to her closet. The sunlight was finally peering through her curtains, letting her have a better view of her clothing selection for work.

"What time is it?" moving his legs to the bed's side, Dean mumbled while stretching out his robust arms.

"6:48. I'm starting at 7:30 so I'll be gone soon... For tonight pick me up at like 8:40 please, I don't want to stay there longer than I have to" trying on different pairs of earrings that were set on her dresser, she answered, "I'll leave the key on the counter, you can let yourself out."

Wrapping his arms around her waist, he caught onto her odd mood. "What's the matter?" he kissed her neck as she finally decided on the gold earrings to match her simple outfit that accompanied a pair of prescription glasses.

"Do you ever have that feeling in the pit of your stomach that something bad is bound to happen? Even when you're happy?"

"All the time. Perks of surviving in the real world."

"How are you supposed to deal with it? Like fuck, the day hasn't even started and I'm already on the outs," she groaned during the time he let her travel around the room.

"You can't allow it to get to you or rain on you. You have to keep pushing and overcoming that bad feeling," he moved into the bathroom and grabbed onto the extra toothbrush he left there on purpose, "the world doesn't just stop when you do, it keeps turning and everyone keeps living. Best thing to do is the same."

"You're right..."

"Of course I am- Ro you seen my extra cloth-"

"They're in the gym bag next to the hamper. Anyway, I've gotta head out or else I'll be running late again," kissing his cheek, Robyn rushed once she saw the time, snatching her phone and charger along the way to the exit, "Love you!" she shouted before the front door slammed. "Wait- Did I just- Fuck. He was in the bathroom, maybe he didn't hear..fuck."
