Chapter 18: It was Suppose To Be Forever

"He's getting so big. I can't believe he's already a little over a month old!" I say as I hold Mikey in my arms and look at him. Mike wraps his arm around my waist and rests his head on my shoulder. He looks down at his son with a smile on his face.

"Yeah. He's growing too fast," he says and brushes Mikey's dark hair off of his forehead with the tip of his fingers. Mikey pulls a face that makes Mike and I laugh.

"Mikey doesn't like his hair getting messed with," I say then Mike kisses my cheek.

"I can't believe he's here because of you." he says.

"He's here because of you as well," I say and Mike nods his head and takes a deep breath. Together we sit there on our couch and look at our son. He had Mike's face, with my nose. Then he had Mike's dark brown eyes.

He was handsome and I loved him so much. Mike loves him as well. Every time he looked at Mikey adoration was clear in his eyes. A sense of pride also washed out of him in waves. "Babe, the guys are all coming to hang," Mike says.

"Nice. Is Maddie coming to?" I ask and he nods his head.

"Yeah. Her, Vic, Jaime, Tony, and most likely Mateo." Mike says and I nod my head then look down to Mikey. He was now awake but just sitting in my arms and looking around with his big brown eyes.

"Your Uncles and Aunt are on their way," I say to him, but he just keeps looking around. Mike and I laugh at the little bugger then Mike stands up. He kisses the top of my Mikey and me's heads then walks over to the kitchen.

"You want something, Mama?" Mike asks.

"Yeah Coffee and a bagel, please," I say looking up at Mike. He nods his head then starts to make my food! I smile at him then there was a knock on the front door.

I stand up with Mikey in my arms and go over to the door. I open the door and all the guys were there plus Maddie. Maddie's eyes light up then she sees Michael in my arms. "Give me," she says and takes him from me.

"Look at this chunky boy," she says and I laugh a little. Vic wraps his arms around Maddie and looks down at Mikey in her arms.

"Oh no. There comes another baby!" I say and both of them look at me wide eyed. I go to talk then shake my head and walk over to Mike. I hear the front door close and I shake my head again.

When I was at Mike's side he smiles down at me then handed me a cup of coffee. I take it from him happily and tap a long sip. "I missed coffee," I say and Mike laughs at me a little.

"Yes well, nine months of no coffee and we got our son," Mike says and I nod my head.

"That's true and I wouldn't change it for the world," I say then clean up and place a kiss on Mike's lips. He smiles down at me then I look over to Vic and Maddie. The both looked so happy.

"Don't tell them I told you but Maddie's pregnant," I say and his eyes go wide. I giggle a little and jump up and place a really chaste kiss on his lips. Mike glares at me and grabs my waist. I put down my cup of coffee.

"You're not allowed to be a tease Legacy," Mike says then connects our lips again. I wrap my arms around his neck and Mike places a hand on my butt.

"Hey! We love Mikey but we don't need another one of him for a while." Jaime yells and Mike glares at him then pulls me closer to him.

"You wouldn't have another one of him soon. It takes about another nine months!" Mike says and I take a deep breath then rest my head on his chest. He laughs then kisses the top of my head. Quickly he swoops me up bridal style and looked down at me after I let out a yelp.
